I want to thank everyone at the Gallatin branch of Aspen dental. Was totally amazed at their friendly and open kindness. I had quite a few extractions and top/bottom dentures made. The staff went out of their way to explain procedures and took time honestly to listen to you,and answer any questions. I scheduled an initial evaluation for a cleaning for yesterday 5/30/2025 at the Lebanon location with Aspen. I drove all the way to the office only to be told that their WiFi was out and that they couldn't see me. No follow up, they just offered to give me the Gallatin's location's phone number. This was my last try with this location. My sister was also a patient at this location. She had her wisdom teeth removed here. First off there was basically no instruction on aftercare for my sister after the procedure (a lady who worked there visited me in the waiting room while actively pumping her breasts with a breast feeding machine under her scrubs - no joke- rattled off a script in thirty seconds and told me I could wait behind the building). My sister eventually was brought out by two of aspen's employees and when I offered to help they insisted on not letting me help them get her into the car. They went to put her into the car and my sister's head nearly slammed into the dash (still loopy from being put under), luckily I caught her forehead as the employees uselessly just let her fall forward. We get to Walgreens and wait forty five minutes for the prescription (not Aspen's fault) but the entire time my sister is loopy and throwing up literal blood following the procedure (no warning on this. I googled if it was normal and reread the sheets they give you for aftercare like three times for this). We eventually get home and I go to give her the medications that Aspen prescribed, and there's amoxicillin! My sister is extremely allergic to amoxicillin and when I called them they said "well sorry, we're human we make mistakes. Just bring it to the pharmacy and they'll exchange it". Completely disorganized and unprofessional, I literally only tried to get a cleaning here due to the fact that if needed I could be seen on a weekend. Do not go here for dental needs they literally do not care about quality of care. You'd think a bigger company like Aspen would care about this, but looking at other reviews for this location this seems like a trend. Good job driving away people! read more

Stay away! All they want to do is take and take money. Do not get Invisalign there it may be cheaper but you get what you pay for. They are not orthodontist, just dentist basically they could not straighten my teeth so they sent me to another location which do not have orthodontist either! They just wanted more money for a service I have already paid for! If I had known they did not know what they were doing I would have paid more and went to a REAL ORTHODONTIST! STAY WAY or have them digging in your pockets every time you go!!! read more

SCAMMERS! I would rate them a zero but there is not that option. Way overpriced, and bad work. Also told me "issues" I needed fixed, a second opinion told me way otherwise. If you go to them make sure to get a second opinion before they do any work on your teeth please. read more

The worst facility I have ever gone to. I stopped by to see if they took my insurance and they didn't know, so I waited for them to check. After a while, I left and they called me an hour later and said they do. So now I scheduled an appointment, waited, and went. They had previously called for me to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork but they closed for lunch, my appointment was for 1:00 pm, they opened the doors at 12:50 pm. Twenty minutes after my appointment time and 3 other customers entered before me they asked me to come in. We started with a scan, then X-rays, then low and behold they told me they didn't accept my insurance. I left after that. Previously while I waited to be taken another customer that had not been in for 11 months was told he had a credit and that he would owe 37.50, he said no, and his insurance was good to $1500. That customer also left. This is a company that needs to advertise because word of mouth will never do. read more

We are so disappointed Auth this place. My wife is a local nurse who made two online appointments, asked off work for two different days and both were canceled the day of the appointment. The receptionist told my wife she should have called them to confirm. I'm personally used to the doctor's office confirming with me. We have both appointment confirmations. She has a fear of going to any dentist, like many people, so going to a dentist causes a lot of anxiety for her. We have no idea what's going on with the Lebanon Aspen Dental office but we are very disappointed with such a large national chain. read more

Usually I have severe anxiety when going to the dentist. I did have a small panic attack on my first visit, but have been back twice since then. Merna makes me feel very comfortable. Never write reviews, but im in pain and frustrated! I never go to the dentist because I had bad experiences as a kid and it kind of traumatized me, according to my wife, so if I go you know it is bad. Im also an EMT and we make the worst patients. I called them 10/22 at 0730 right when they opened and explained that I had swelling and a pretty good amount of pain on the top of my mouth that had gotten progressively worse for 48 hours. They told me they could fit me in at 1030, which didnt seem too bad so i took 6 more advil and waited... I get there and take xrays, at which point the tech cringes at the swelling in my mouth. Then I'm taken back to exam room and doc sees me, his assistant (possibly trainee) also cringes at the swelling and makes a remark "that it must hurt". I explain it is manageable right now because i just took 1200mg of advil, and i was in screaming pain an hour ago and havent slept in 2 nights... He diagnosed it as an abscess that had formed under my bridge and was causing swelling of the gums to dig into the bridge. They give me antibiotics and sent me home. I am in almost crying pain every 4 hours and then I take 4-6 advil and have minor relief for 2-3 hours. I megadose with advil for another 24 hours at which point I call them and explain Ive had 30 advil in 2 days and its not working. they say tough luck we can give you tylenol. I completely understand the danger of opiods, Im an EMT for goodness sake, but theres also not treating your patient!! I will not be going back there... ever!! read more

Very happy with the whole experience here. The staff was friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I purchased the lowest cost dentures and am very happy with them. They do not look like dentures---look very natural so don't let them convince you to buy the higher cost ones for that reason. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Run, don't walk from this place. My regular dentist retired so I tried this place and it was a huge mistake. My partials did not fit properly and were poorly made. They agree to a refund for the partials and as of today, 3 months, I have not received anything. The new crown they put in has fallen out 3 times in 6 months. I have crowns from my regular dentist that are 18 years old and not a problem with them. These people are all about the money. They all seem nice at first until you start to complain, then they have no time for you anymore. read more

I found out that I had to get a Few teeth removed when I went to my first appointment with Aspen dental. The oral surgeon at the time was not in the office and so I was referred to another office on the other side of town and I decided to make an appointment for that for that time. I came to my appointment 30 minutes early in the office didn't open until an hour later but my appointment was at 8 AM I showed up at 7:30 AM. I saw employees pull up past my appointment time and I was confused because I had been sitting here for almost an hour and the office was still not open. I strongly suggest you go somewhere else for your dental needs because they do not value your time and it is impossible to reach anyone. All you get is an automated service. read more

Aspen's surgeon Dr. G did an excellent job during my 29 extractions! He and his staff were caring, professional and tentative to my needs. Still working on getting my immediate dentures right but still have been exceptional to make appropriate adjustments. read more

Was referred to another dentist because of my experience here by a friend. This new dentist said no early periodontal disease! Teeth are in great health! Only a little bone loss due to age which is expected. Aspen Dental only wants you to spend money! Will never refer any friends or family to them ever! read more

This Aspen Dental Practice was unable to provide price list for suggested treatment plan. Treatment plan did not even include problem area, (dental emergency). Treatment couldn't be completed the same day. Regardless to say, second opinion from another provider not affiliated with this facility was able to correct dental emergency and fixed it within an hour! Very poor communication and not organized. Resulting in poor patient care. Sorry but I would not recommend their services at this time. read more
