This place was helpful and professional. Took care of my cavities same day and were pleasant and took the guess work out of dental care.

Couldn't get it right after three tries. They did refund my money, if that counts. The ads look good but the one in Lincolnton is a problem.

I had to find an emergency dentist that was open on Fridays so I went to Aspen in Lincolnton, NC. The temporary crown he put on was deep yellow, had a chip in it and left a huge gap between my front teeth that was not there before. There is no way I would have let them do anything permanent to my teeth. It looks horrible. I had to wait til Monday and find another dentist just to fix the temporary crown. Then had to see my dentist and pay again to get a permanent crown. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN! read more

Today is 11-27-2025. Two visits to the Lincolnton, NC Aspen dental office so far. One for a toothache/extraction and another to have lower teeth removed/lower denture fitted. While I have to say this will never be added to my top 10 list of fun things to do, the staff at Aspen were friendly, helpful and professional. They even laughed at a couple of my jokes. Two things to consider; check to see if the dentist is certified to use anesthesia (my wasn't but he still did a great job) and two, don't have all your teeth removed three days before Thanksgiving! I am enjoying applesauce while others are having their turkey. So far, I have no issues with that office and will continue with future needs there. read more

1st visit for my dad. Everyone was super friendly. The space was immaculately clean. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable. The visit ran a little long but they wanted to be certain to have everything complete for a replacement partial cleaning and X-rays.You can really tell the passion they have for their work and for their patients. read more

My dad went in to have his teeth pulled my mom was told they would call her when he was ready. She took him at 1:00 PM and she went back around 5 PM because she never heard back from anyone. She tried to open the door but of course they were closed by this point. She was able to get ahold of my dad by texting him. He was transported to the ER because he had lost so much blood. The EMTs said they've NEVER seen so much blood from a dental procedure before. The dentist also dropped a bridge and he swallowed it. They sent him home with nothing. No medication, after procedure paper work or anything. When asked why they didn't call my mom or his sister they said he didn't have anyone put down when in fact he did. I'm not one to complain but this place needs to close and the dentist needs to lose his license for this. My poor dad was up all night throwing up blood and is in so much pain. This is neglect and it seems to me all they cared about is getting home at 5 o'clock. read more

Don't set foot in this place! I went because I needed 3 old crowns replaced. It took over 3 months to get the crowns done. They would take screen shots over and over and when the crown arrived it would not fit. In the meantime my temporaries kept falling off and it would take days before they would give me an appointment to put them back on. Also most of the time while work was being done he would say I don't need anything for the pain and I suffered horribly. Here the real kick in my butt. Only two months after they finally finished the last crown , it fell off! I was never going to set foot in there again and luckily found an awesome dentist. She examined my tooth and said the tooth was broken in half and that it was that way when it was crowned. So this money grubbing dentist broke my tooth and went ahead and put on the crown. He got my $1000 and whatever the insurance paid him. Thanks to his shoddy work I lost that tooth, got to pay another copay to remove it and looking at paying a whole lot more for an implant. On a side note, their staff are also totally incompetent. They are new and very undertrained. They keep their office so cold that even with a thermal shirt, long sleeved shirt and my wool coat I would shiver through every visit. I could share more of the horrible care and the trauma I experienced but I think what I shared is enough to hopefully stop the world from trusting their care to this incompetent dental office. I don't have insurance so I decided to go to Aspen Dental since they were advertising free exam and x-rays for new patients with no insurance. They did the exam and x-rays, asked me if I wanted the scan to detect cancer. They told me it was $30. I agreed. During my exam, the hygienist told me during my exam that I had periodontal disease and that I would need periodontal treatments which I later found out that it would cost me $1-2000. The dentist came in after some time and was out in a blink of an eye. No cleaning was done. That was what I had gone there to get. I paid the $30 for the cancer detection. That was all they said I owed. Now I am getting a bill for $278. They are charging for exam and x-rays. I went to Aspen Dental because I was over an hour away from my dentist. I made an appointment with my dentist and I am going to see what they say about my gums, which I thing are in pretty good health. I will not be going back to any Aspen Dental again! read more

A few months ago, my husband and I made appointments as first-time patients as Aspen Dental was the closest dentist in-network with our insurance. Both of our appointments were rescheduled TWICE because "the doctor wasn't in". I had a dental emergency before my appointment date, and came to the office for walk-in treatment. There was no one at the front desk. I waited for over twenty minutes before ever seeing a staff member and was then told they were not accepting any more walk-ins that day. (I was not upset that they couldn't take any more walk-ins, but leaving the front desk unmanned is negligent at best) I have since gotten dental care elsewhere. My husband has been trying to get another appointment with them for a month. He's called and visited the office several times to try and sort out his insurance information with them and they have been less than helpful. He's even called the insurance company. The insurance company has called and sent emails with very little or no response. Absolutely the WORST experience with a dental office we've ever had and we've never even been seen by a dentist. read more

Staff is subpar to say the least. The blonde who explains the financial part was rude and seemed to be bothered by my presence. The middle eastern guy is rude, loud and uses foul language. He was very handsy with the Hispanic assistant, very unprofessional. Would not recommend. read more

Don't trust Aspen Dental in Lincolnton to tell the truth! I am on a limited income and asked that only the cleaning/work that is covered by my insurance be done. They agreed. Next thing I know... I have a bill that my insurance is not covering for scaling with mod/severe inflammation. They told me the insurance would cover it.... It didn't. Now I am stuck with a bill for $119.00, and Aspen Dental is threatening to hurt my credit if I don't pay. read more

Is this clinic still in business? I talked to an office manager three weeks ago that had a family emergency. Last week I spoke to another office manager that said she had to talk to a doctor about a price. She said she'd call back and never did. I have tried to call several times only to get an answering machine. I hope these people are alright... read more

If I could give less than one star for the dentist there I would. Very rude behavior and a horrific bedside manner. i got out of the chair and left without having any work done. read more
