Mind you that is 10,000.00 so now you know why they want that done! Also they talked me into getting a mouth cancer screening which only consist of a woman shinning a black light flashlight in my mouth and saying Yelp you look good! Like for real! This was my first , and last ,visit to this office. Only 1 dentist was on staff that day so the wait was quite a while. The young dentist, who I assumed is new to the profession, came in and told me I needed all my teeth pulled because my bones were deteriorating from taking Fosamax and Prolia. She needs to work on her people skills. She made me feel like it was my fault. She never offered any other suggestions but gave me an invoice for the cost of pulling all my teeth! I will say that the dental hygienist and x ray tech were efficient and looked like they knew what they were doing. Going to the dentist is always stressful but this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I have since found out that I don't need all my teeth removed and I have options to help reinforce my bone. S\tay away from this place! read more

I got 3 more opinions...all 3 said absolutely do not have your teeth pulled...crazy...not sure how they can tell people to do this. Yes friendly of course but not informed. Corporate makes the money. Made my appointment for 8 AM, doors were not unlocked until 805. Somebody that got there after me was seen before me. I was told on the phone that my appointment for x-rays would be 45 minutes. Somewhere it got turned into a comprehensive exam, and they stuck me in a room alone for half an hour and expected me to still be happy about that. I mentioned several times that I would have to be out of there by 9:30. I can't comment on any care because I received none, not that I would want any from such a disrespectful staff team that has no consideration for other people's time or work schedules. A few brief minutes that I did get to talk to the dental hygienist, Amber, she shamed me the entire time for having periodontal disease that I haven't had worked on in years due to home life, and financials. Which I mentioned to her, but that did not change her stance that I've done a horrible job by not keeping up with it. This office is the epitome of the reason why people no longer seek dental care, because even when we finally do, we're tortured mentally and physically. What a joke this entire experience was. The most hyper advertising ever. Really blow their own whistle. All they're claims of good service are unfounded. They advertise as Dental Surgeons . Only one real dental surgeon. What I got was a two year post graduate dentist who made a bad mistake and finally admitted she couldn't correct it. They could not identify the name brand of my implants. I contacted my old surgeon from another state . Had all dental records emailed. Five weeks later they called me back and still did not have the retention rings for implants. (They had collected $500 for the first visit, when the wrong rings were inserted.) I have looked the big name dental product online. They offer overnight delivery. Or 5 day free... My little brother used Aspen pulling his last teeth. After 3 months he was still picking pieces of broken teeth from his gums. These people are a menace to the mouth . My first appointment was canceled without me knowing after I was texted that morning to confirm. I drove 30 minutes to get there just to reschedule. My appmt today was at 10 I arrived at 10:15 due to craven county schools having a two hour delay. On the way there I called and got a hold of their answering service who tried to contact them twice and had to send them a message because he couldn't get through. when I arrived I waited 10 minutes for someone to check me in only to tell me I have to reschedule. She informed me there is a 10 minute grace period which the answering service didn't know. When I called to the complaint service they couldn't get through to speak with the office manager.
