Upon arrival I was asked to provide my insurance, Which I provided. My appointment was a simple check up Hers was a teeth cleaning and check up. I was charged a teeth cleaning on my appointment for some reason as well despite not getting one. After our appointments I paid the co-pay based on what my "insurance covered" according to the lady billing me out. I then had future appointments scheduled for some cavities that needed filling for my wife and I about 3-4 months out. Along with the scheduled date, I was given a printout based on what my insurance covers and what I would have to pay after my next appointment. We go to our next appointments get our cavities filled. I head over to the front counter to be billed and get charged an additional $650 for the cavities being filled. I asked why this amount differed significantly from the quote I received. I was told that the quote was incorrect and upon communication with my dental provider, my insurance did not cover as much. I thought it was weird, but paid it anyways. Three months after my appointment, I get a call saying that I owed an additional $750. When I asked why, I was told because "they forgot to tell me that they do not work with Aetna for dental insurance." Pretty convenient on their behalf to wait until after my last appointment. After my first appointment I had recommended this place to a few friends of mine because the staff seemed friendly. This same thing happened to a friend of mine where they were told far after their appointments that they "forgot they did not work with their dental provider." Not sure if this was a simple office mistake on their behalf or if they are running some kind of scam here But to happen to two people in that short of a time frame makes me truly question. Needless to say, I'm at about a year after my last appointment and for the first time in my life, my teeth that were worked on are sensitive to hot and cold. I do not recommend this place there are several other dentists close by that will take better care of you. ***EDIT*** Upon reading more of their reviews it sounds like I wasn't the first person this happened to.

Now I get my new dentures. I can't believe they don't even fit right. The first set fit like a glove. I have to go back almost a dozen times to get my dentures corrected to fit better. They still don't fit perfect like my past set did. I'm just done with this nightmare. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone looking to purchase dentures here. The Boise location is no picnic either. They are just as bad in my opinion, but they truly lack compassion there. Rudeness prevails in Boise. Geez, I spent well over 3k to get lousy fitting dentures. I thought technology was better today. I guess they are still chasing that technology because I didn't feel I got my moneys worth, not by a long shot. 6 months to make me one set of dentures is a bit much. The worst part of this whole process is, after you've had an adjustment and immediately realize hours later they still hurt, It takes two weeks to a month to get another appointment again to make those necessary adjustments to your dentures. Feels like my tooth, amazing. But, every appointment I made resulted in sitting in the pleasant lobby with others that were booked for the same time, I always waited an hour or more. They would not use the crown that fell out, had to start from scratch with the most extensive set of x -rays I've ever had for my teeth, a build up (temp), then the fabulous crown. I booked it as as urgent, but it was not treated with any urgency, at all. I sat with a billing person to discuss cost and schedules, hat to make two large payments, but thought I was done with it and then weeks later I got yet another bill for the x-rays, that was not mentioned as being separate. They quoted me a separate price for a crown that was the last step in an implant from another state, they wanted over $2,000. So, although I love them personally, I will not be going back and nor do I recommend them to anyone that is not full of money and in no hurry.

They kept me comfortable and at ease the entire time. The doctor said I won't give up until you want me to and he never did. To that end he was able to successfully retreat my root canal. I called my regular dentist who felt I needed immediate care and was upset at my treatment and appalled by the text I received agreeing deflecting the blame back to me was completely unacceptable.
