November 2023 got a call from them regarding a past due balance from July of 2022. Had been in twice since that visit, nothing had been said on either visit regarding that balance. That made no sense, but I accepted it. Final visit January 2024. Paid co-pay+, received another ridiculous bill a month later. Questioned them again if I was in network. That call I was finally told that, in fact I was out of network. When I questioned that response, they relayed to me that they had told me that I was out of network in the past. It's not really about the money. I just began to question the integrity, communication and service from this provider.

But they informed us that it would take two visits to clean his teeth. supposedly, his plaque was that bad. I thought ok, it had been 3.5 years since his last cleaning. (That visit was with a different dentist, whom he had seen for years.) When they gave me the appointment date and times, they also gave me the price for the two cleanings. $1,288.00 was the cost! YES, YOU READ THAT RIGHT!! $1,288.00. I would have to be crazy to pay that much for cleaning! To make matters worse I noticed a weird grey discoloration on that tooth to which she said she could fix it by redrilling because she "used the wrong stuff to fill it". Little did I know that her way of fixing it would cause me to have a root canal because she irritated the pulp in my tooth to the point where I was in agonizing pain. Why she would think it would be a good idea to drill on my tooth a day after I got the filling I'll never know. Afterwards experience extreme pain I immediately went to another dentist who said I needed a root canal and crown. Now that I've paid thousands of dollars out pocket because my insurance has been maxed out, I can honestly say that you need to go someplace else!!
