And the dentist said, "shh, too late to fix it now." I did not know what that was about until I got home and flossed and they refused to fix or refund me for the botched work. The dentist, who happened to be black, also mocked my Italian heritage (he asked me what my ethnicity was because he said I, "look like you got some black in you." In reference to my lips(?). He played the, "when the moon hits the sky like a big pizza sky that's amore." Song on loop for the duration of my procedure. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and abrasive and seemed to hate me for asking if I could sign in for my appointment. I think the plastic fumes from her cheap wig had left her in a sour mood. Please don't go here. I paid out of pocket and it was an extremely hostile experience.

Windstone didn't send to collections. I have just received a text about once a month notifying me of my balance. I made a payment today and will pay the balance soon. That will be the only play I go from here on out. I know this isn't politically correct but there are no DEI hires in the place. Just excellent dentists and assistants on their own merit.

I have a right to be informed of this information. Patients build a trusting relationship with their dentist. This is not the way anyone should be treated.

I'm terrified of dentist but…read morethe day I was schedule for the procedure, Dr. Jackson made sure I was comfortable and had enough medication to be pain free. What's more is that he took the time to re-evaluate and decided I could get away with just a crown instead of the root canal. Never in my 46 years of living have I ever had a dentist down sale and suggest a less aggressive and less costly procedure. He's earned my trust and a patient. Highly recommend.

I have never had any problems with my teeth or a cleaning until a wisdom tooth became infected. Dr…read more Stonecipher gave me 5 days of antibiotics and scheduled the pulling 8 days out. After numerous shots and over 20 minutes of pulling, I couldn't take it anymore. Thankfully, the assistant suggested a break. I told them I couldn't take much more. Stonecipher put his tool down, walked out of the room without a word and never returned. I was handed a post it note with the tooth number and told to call an oral surgeon in network. I went home with a half pulled, infected tooth. I had to pay an emergency, out of pocket oral surgeon to fix the mess he left. They even had the nerve to try and bill me for the destruction. I should have taken him to court.

The crown eventually broke off completely and I had, or thought I had, an appointment for the remainder to be extracted today. When I got there they had no record of my appointment. Their records regarding the broken crown were inaccurate. They were unable to extract my tooth. As I tried to discuss the situation with the two women they tried to talk over me. When I asked them to let me talk they did for about 5 seconds and their main point was that it had over 2 years since I was in there to have the crown evaluated as if records suddenly become inaccurate after 2 years. I told them that obviously I made a mistake coming there and the one in charge gave me the condescending, "Thank you so much sir and you have a great day" as I left the office. I liked the young dentist but the poor recording of the staff on my appointment and records will not be tolerated by me. Good luck to you if you choose this dentist.
