If I could leave negative stats this without a doubt would have negative 5 stars. If you care about yourself and your well being then I beg you not to come here because this staff absolutely doesn't! They will talk and gossip about patients to other patients! Pun intended but it is literally like pulling teeth with these people when it comes to refilling hell even getting your medicine prescriptions sent to your pharmacy. The surgeons (who don't work there and have to come in for oral surgeries, lovely people I might add) said themselves that wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Not even kidding. I went to Aspen Dental in February 2022. I went in to get full dentures. They were nice, at first. They pulled all my upper teeth, and convinced me my bottom teeth were fine, for now, that they'd go back later and pull my bottom teeth to give me a bottom plate. They immediately gave me a temporary upper plate. I knew then they weren't hitting my gums right and told them. They had me come back in a week to check them. Upon my next visit they tried to adjust the upper plate. I explained I have a short small mouth so I need the plate smaller. Every time I told them it was too big they'd get aggravated. They finally told me they couldn't do anything else for me. Just come back when the permanent plate was ready. That was supposed to be in 2 weeks, March 12th 2022. I went back then and the office was closed due to a computer problem. It was locked up right, no one in sight. The note on the door said they'd be back in a few days. I began calling the next day. I called every day for 2 weeks. I went by there countless times. When I finally saw someone there I went in and tried to see a dr, not happening. They'd take my name and number and get back to me in a few days with an appointment. They never called, so I called them. Same as before, "give me your name and number well call you with an appointment. I continued to call them and go by there for a full solid year. To this day I've yet to get an appointment! I've yet to see my permanent teeth!! What's worse is they never took care of my bottom teeth. I have no teeth on the bottom on my left side, but 2 back teeth on the right. When I eat, since I do have the bottom teeth on the right, it tilts my teeth, and the top plate falls out. Trust me there isn't enough Fixodent in the world to keep my top plate from shifting and falling out. All this started 3 years ago. Recently I tried to talk to them about my missing permanent teeth and they act like I never existed!! I know several people who have been to them, but I do not know anyone who has been satisfied with their services. I'd give them a zero star rating if I could. They are the absolute WORST!!! MY ADVICE: NEVER EVER ALLOW ASPEN DENTAL TO TOUCH YOU, YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS!!!!! I know this is long, but I hope I can spare someone the same kind of anguish I'm going through Oh yeah, they did get paid by Medicare. Isn't that insurance fraud??? read more

I love the experience I had with Aspen. Went in for a toothache knowing that in needed a crown but from tragic stories I've heard I decided to get the tooth extracted. Dr. Anderson retired to convince me to save but my mind was already made up before arriving. I suffer with anxiety so I was a little nervous but she assured me that I would be fine. As we prepared to extract the tooth, my anxiety started rising but I put my gospel music on and calmed down. Very poor service & do not follow their creed messages on the phone or on the walls in the office. Possibly the Worst Decision & Worst Dental office. Manager Jessica is like the weather rain,Thunderstorms or sunny ! I can say unequivocally without hesitation Dr Brown is very sincere and compassionate. But she is the only one you can trust I m waiting now for a month for silicone liner but no callback no postcard. No Corporate number to call !!! Their phones were down for 2 wks 2 nd time around. No empathy from any single office personnel Actually discuss your private business about your Dental health in front of orher customers!!! I ve seen people walk out for the fact they can't stand up for X-rays! So sad the Corporate headquarters do not know or don't want to know. Unreachable! My daughter (22) had an appointment at 4:30 p.m. She was contacted by the office to come in early (at 3:30 p.m.). She was able to so, she did. She sat in the waiting room until 4:30 anyway (). After taking x-rays, without so much as an exam, the hygienist informed her that she had gingivitis and would need a special cleaning rather than a standard cleaning. She has had her teeth cleaned every 6 months her entire life. She did not have gingivitis at her last cleaning (). The hygienist left to prepare a quote for this specialized cleaning. Around 5:30 p.m., she started to get concerned/impatient. When she heard the hygienist saying her goodnights/goodbyes, she went to the front desk. Yes, you read that right. Hygienist was leaving without saying ANYTHING to the patient sitting in an exam room (). At the desk, she asked if she would be getting her teeth cleaned. The front desk told her no, they were closing, and she would need to come back the next day for her cleaning. They were not going to clean her teeth and hadn't even asked if she was available to come back. She was texting me the updates and I told her to just leave. That place is a whole scam. Don't go there. They tell you that your insurance is accepted then send you a bill 8 months later. They are not honest.

they claim they take walk-ins but they never do. also, they are always short staffed and the lady upfront always has an attitude.

I went to Aspen and they waaay overcharged. I am on Medicare and have dental insurance on my supplement. They charged me all but $200 of my insurance allowance and I still had to pay $1500. I only had a deep cleaning and a small cavity filled. But they charged me $4000+. Come to find out that deep cleaning and the small cavity filled would have been free. They highway rob you.. Really I would give them 0 stars read more

A complete waste of time. I waited 40 minutes to be seen for my new patient exam. Finally, I just gave up and left, after being told they didn't have a room to put me in. They planned to take my x-rays and just have me go back in the waiting room until room became available. read more

I've had multiple bad experiences here. from my temporary crown coming out, them shaving my teeth without notifying me, My temporary crown is bleeding and it's the weekend so they aren't open. the intial x-rays I did were extremely painful. it's just not the most ideal place to go. read more

my name is Mary Talbert I have read the reviews and it don't surprise me what I read because, the p who work there don't care. I went and had 2 crowns and a treatment it was over 2000 and I am 62 on a fixed income my children had planned on helping but the crown they replaced wasn't right one of them have fallen out 4 times and i am trying to get them to fix it. And the last time I went they charhe'd me a 107.00 waiting to see what the charge is went and if they see me. Tired of my tooth falling while I am eating, I guess if l had swallowed it I would have to pay for a lost tooth.the crowns I had before I went to them I had for over 25 yrs one of them was cracked but they replaced them both. read more
