Unlawful insurance fraud, unlawful insurance billing, unlawful copays collected from patients. No accountability. No explanations. Avoid ASPEN Dental on Glenstone unless you take your attorney with you to the dentist. I horribly regret ever going to Aspen!

    Super Woman of aspen dental.

Had an emergency. Took my partner here. We have been to many of these box type dentistry places. Aspen dental blew us away. Had the pleasure of sitting for an hour or so and listen to the lady at the front desk. In a world of NO. She didn't turn anyone away helped figure out payments for someone who could not pay right now. I have never been to a place that cared and got job done and truly helped.

I have been an emotional wreck and in pain for months now. I have been waiting for a refund to get the original crown he placed redone. He was friendly and I fully trusted him. I regret ever going to his dentall office and him working on my mouth.

This is the BEST dentist I have ever encountered in my 68 years on this planet. He didn't just take…read morethe word of my prior dentist that the tooth needed to be removed (or root-canaled) but started a complete examination of his own with tools I hadn't heard of, like shining a light THROUGH the tooth to look for cracks, and using electrical stimulation to determine whether the nerves were still working/alive. I could release grip on a tool bar to break the circuit as soon as I felt pain. He determined that the tooth was alive and healthy, with only a "remineralization" via fluoride needed to stop the sensitivity that was felt when using a Waterpik. The main pain was caused by something else: tight jar muscles, not the tooth, and addressed in a separate way. There was no causative relationship better the two. He prevented a good tooth from being pulled. Spectacular. Additionally, the usual comments I could add are that he was so thorough, so careful, kind, unhurried, understanding, and best of all, he saved that tooth. His assistant was also very competent and careful. The office is open five days a week, not three like my prior dentist, thus I was able to get in early the next day after I called. I had missed a trip to Virginia a couple of weeks prior because I couldn't get in on a Friday with my prior dentist to see if a tooth ache was serious enough to cancel the trip or not. The office was closed since it was apparently open only three days a week, with no "tag-team" coordination with another office for emergency, or or other means of getting a quick-answer due to special circumstances like leaving on a trip in a couple of days. The only thing I saw on that painful Friday was an option to email. I never heard back, but rather had to cancel the trip and call the next Monday morning. Having more than one dentist in an office or a tag-team arrangement with another dentist for emergencies are important options to consider that I had not considered prior to this experience. Thank you Dr. Bruechner, and Rachelle. - Dale M.

Their facility has the latest technologies (digital x-rays, cleaning equipment, crowns made on-site), all their doctors are extremely knowledgeable about the latest dental technologies, and the entire staff always shows how much they care with every interaction. They are even YouTube content producers (check out their channel: InnovativeDentalofSpringfield) where you can see their doctors discuss their philosophy on various dental issues: cleanings, crowns, root canals, dental anxiety, and even how to finance it all, . When I initially moved to the area, I needed to get either a bridge or implant for a couple back molars that had been extracted a year earlier. Dr. Olson went over some different options, gave me the pros/cons of each, and provided a very cost-effective option for me with no pressure to go with one option over the others. Since then, one of my kids needed to get an (orthodontic) expander, and another now has braces. They both love going to the dentist/orthodontist since it's a great experience for kids too: They have some fun activities for the kids while they're waiting for their appointment.

As you can see from the attached screenshot of my voicemail transcription that Miranda clearly stated "We unfortunately don't do anything with Bridges. We don't know how". An innovative dental office that doesn't know how to deal with a bridge? That's crazy work. I had already had billing issues with them in the past. And now I am not confident in their ability to provide quality services. I've taken my business elsewhere.

The office was nice and clean, but the wait was a little obnoxious considering it was empty. The dentist was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I did have to call to get a treatment plan whereas I've always been given that upon leaving a dentists office so that was weird. My daughters dad called the insurance and clarified some of the charges, when I called OMS to speak to billing to question some things I was met with a very condescending attitude and told "I'd be happy with only having to pay $326", as if questioning what Cigna said we would be paying Vs what they're "estimate" given was out of line. As a customer I'm not trying to over pay, and they're billing well above their contracted amount per tooth, meaning the amount I'm paying a percentage of is inflated according to the dental insurance company. To speak to someone who is trying to just get clarification in such a condescending manner leaves a real impression on the facility as a whole. Just based on my most recent experience with their billing department on 11/13/2023 I wouldn't recommend this place. I'd find somewhere else where requesting clarification isn't such a burden on their employees.
