I had such a great experience at Duff Family Dental. I have been nervous about going to the dentist since I was young but those nerves were put to ease the minute I stepped through the doors. The beautifully decorated waiting space and the friendly staff greeted me immediately. Filling out my paperwork was an easy process and I was quickly taken back for my teeth cleaning. My nerves were nearly gone at this point. After meeting Dom, who worked on my teeth, they were completely gone. She was so gentle and very personable. Dr. Duff immediately saw that I had been brushing a bit too hard and recommended a toothpaste for sensitivity to help my gums. I quickly witched toothpastes to the kind she gave me to try. Dr. Duff and her staff are so great. My appointment was efficient, thorough and very pleasant. I am happy to have found a dentist I can look forward to going to! Duff Dental is such a great place to be. Doctor Duff, and the entire staff, are very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to each and every patient that walks through the door. They are like family. They also fitted me with my Invisalign's and I think my teeth are beautiful now. I'm been going to the dentist twice a year for a long time because I had to, but now I am going three times a year because I WANT to, they do such a great job,... no pain, no fuss, and no waiting. I am sure there may be some exceptions, but no fooling; If my appointment is at 4 PM, they get me in the chair by 4 PM or maybe a little earlier. This Texas mom is grateful to Duff staff for being so helpful to my teenager son who found himself far from home, alone, with dental pain. I called the office and their staff was so helpful and kind. He was seen the same day with an affordable treatment plan set for him. This was the first time he had seen any type of medical professional alone, so that, plus being in significant pain, he really had no idea what to do. Everyone there made him more comfortable, and me, as a panicked mom 500 miles away more comfortable too. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs. I have found my new Dentist! I visited a few places before deciding and at one place I even got cookies and a horable frozen something or other. I got the feeling I was at a car lot or fast food joint and heard the Dr. use a "canned" greeting for three others before he got to me lol. Not sincere and not what I was looking for and don't think Dr.'s offices are the place to practice add on sales skills ;) Dr. Duff and Dom took a lot of time and talked and explained everything and really treated me like part of the fam and did GREAT work. Dr. Duff and her staff are amazing. I have had many bad dental experiences, and have to admit that I was nervous for my fillings. They gave the numbing medication and Novicaine plenty of time to set in. Partway through I told Dr. Duff that I could still feel some pain, she immediately stopped and gave me more Novicaine. (I usually take a little more Novicaine than most people to be completely numb.) The rest of the experience was comfortable. This is a great dentistry practice, and I look forward to using them for many years. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends, family, or anyone looking for a dentist. read more

We re-located to this area several years ago and had to find a new dentist. We loved the dentist we'd had in CA for years - so we were not optimistic about finding an equivalent new dentist here. I was very nervous to go to a new Dentist as I had been using the same one for 20yrs. I had avoided it for 2 yrs after moving. I was so pleased! It was a wonderful experience! Had my 6 month cleaning. Great experience as usual. Comfortable waiting area, though I didn't have to wait long. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Everyone is extremely friendly and attentive. They remember me and things we have talked about before. The clinic is very clean. I have been going here for a number of years now and will continue to.
