Once I switched my daughter to another dentist I was told she had 8 cavities that were not filled and she need to get crowns on them as well. I am very disappointed and would like for him to NO longer see patients he is committing fraud by filing insurance and not doing the work necessary to protect his patients from infections in their gums, teeth, and mouth. If you are patient or have kids that are patients please leave and fine another dentist. He isn't being a responsible doctor by leaving his patients with cavities and taking insurance money that doesn't belong to him. My daughter isn't the only child out there that had to go through pain due to cavities that were not taken care of by this irresponsible so called Dental Doctor. There are more out there that have and are going through what my child went through. He was able to work with my schedule and replace the crown. I have lived in several states and had many dentists. Dr. Miller and his entire staff are the most pleasant and accommodating people I have encountered in the dentistry field. They explain each step they do which is important to me. I would not hesitate to return to Dr. Miller and will refer my friends and family in the area to him.

In all my life I've never had a dentist call me after a procedure, however that's what Dr. Walker did for me. As far as my procedure went, I've had four root canals done, (which I'm not proud of) and the one Dr. Walker gave me was by far the least painful one I've had. Dr. Walkers staff is incredible and they all make you feel welcomed. I was talked to like I was not even human I was told one price but was charged another and mind you I paid out of pocket CASH no insurance no payment plans nothing then for the dentures to not even be made correctly. At the initial consultation I was told that permanent dentures were included in my total pricing but when i went to the appointment that was set for them to be made permanent there was a sudden charge, how ?. So not only am I walking around with "healing dentures " and not the permanent ones I was told came with what I paid I now have to go to another dentist and come out additional money to get permanent dentures. I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even an enemy that's how bad and horrific my experience was with OKC Smiles !
