They have a very fast method that may cause some to miss your small family dentist but the staff at Williston are very friendly and knowledgeable. July 7/2015 I went to aspen dental to inquire about getting a partial denture. Since the last dentist I saw I thought was a failure. After making an apt. which was timely, I was informed I needed fillings ans a crown before I could get impressions done. Ok I did this and continued on. Now here it is Jan 9 2016 and still do not have my denture. The last apt. I went in for I was escorted to the " room " and sat there for almost 45 min before anyone acknowledged me being there. So far I can say this is extremely poor customer service. Ridiculous I should ever have to wait this long for results. . More than likely once this is over I will not return as a customer read more

Find another dentist. Stay far far away. Assembly line dental care...lots of unnecessary procedures recommended by fresh out of dental school dentist with large student loans to pay....Poor quality product...three tries to get a crown correct....pain and suffering not a concern for the staff. read more

Had to have a flipper repaired. In from out of town I have been here half the day and still no flipper repair. Called and told receptionist I'm just here on business need repair having a implant finished up next month. I scheduled a cleaning, but only ended up receiving a consultation. When I had called to schedule to cleaning and specifically said cleaning, I was not informed a consultation has to be performed before the cleaning. I have been to quite a few dentists around the country and the consultation and cleaning were always performed at the same time. Guess I expect a dentist to be honest which unfortunately was not the case at Aspen. Aspen is creating two appoints out of one to increase the number of visits and profits. read more

The worst. I was told that the berlin office would work being it is 1/2 vs 1 1/2. I already had all my teeth pulled and paid for including the dentures. I was having trouble with the temporary and decided to have the necessary work to resolve. They wouldn't let go to Berlin it was to new and weren't sure who the oral would be. Surprise. Meantime I had a stroke and Berlin would be easier. Run around time for 3 weeks. I paid for the initial/dentures and now into paying $3000 left on initial of $5000. I should start this review with admitting that I'm a complete wuss when it comes to doctors, dentists, auto shops, the whole lot. So because I suck at adulting, I haven't been to the dentist in two, three years...so today I went to Aspen and oh my goodness- everyone was ridiculously friendly! They completely put me at ease from the moment I walked in to when I was driving off in my car with my (semi) pearly whites. I only had a cleaning but I can imagine that they are just as professional and great with more complicated visits. I definitely won't go another two years without visiting the dentist! read more

I started going to Aspen because it was close to work. I had one bad experience with the work that I had done. But that dentist is now gone. If you get to see a dentist that has been there for a bit, they are good. The reason I am giving 2 out of 5 is because of how unorganized they are. I was rescheduled 5 times in 6 months for the same filling. I was rescheduled 3 times for a cleaning. I would get 5 minutes to a few hours notice. I tried to give them a 3rd chance but had the same thing happened. Very disappointing. I will not be using Aspen any longer. read more

I have had several appointmnets reschedule which i did not know about. If I had taken work off early I would have been very upset. I have been waiting for nearly a year for my final dentures which were completely paid for in full up front. My temps fit awfull(cant even wear my bottoms). My upper temp as broken at least three times now. With that said I love the staff and my doctor. They have treated me great and I enjoy my dentist visits about as much as one could. I am still awaiting my finsihed product and will give another review at that time. That is what is what really counts is the end result. read more

Had a really bad experience with them. They charge me for a filling that I never had. Then when I tried to reschedule to get the procedure done, they told me their system crashed and they would call me the next day. I never received a call. So I finally got a hold of them and they said they could fit me in in six months (even though it was their error). Their office staff seems disorganized and incompetent. The only reason Aspen Dental got one star, is because I had too. This is the absolute worst place I have ever been. I needed an implant, so made my first appt. I was taken in on time, but then waited in an office for about an hour, if not more, until I finally asked someone and they got a dentist to come in, who then says to me "Well, I was pulled out of another office" Not my fault, definitely a scheduling problem. My next appt. was cancelled because they said ,"Too many Dentist were out sick. I rescheduled, again, and, you guessed it my appt. was cancelled again. Why I even tried for a 4th time, why I'll never know, but i went in and they said I would need to come back again , they couldn't do anything for me that day they didn't have the materials they needed. So, yes, four appts. nothing done, and a lot of wasted time. I would never, never go here.... read more

Aspen Dental is affordable and had excellent service. They use the newest techniques and great at meeting the needs of their patients.

Called first thing this morning for an appointment as I was having some severe pain. I was told that as soon as a physician came in they would return my call and let me know if they could see me. Here it is 3:30 PM and no call back. Very Very unprofessional!!! If they could not see me, they should have just said so!!! read more
