Dentists normally want to make you have work done sooner than it needs to be. Dr. Acone is the only dentist that I trust when it comes to my teeth. He is very skilled and I trust his knowledge. Aspen Dental cancelled my appointment 4 times. The fourth time I had one of the friendly receptionists refund the required $400 deposit they'd held for a year. I suspect they were understaffed during 2015, and prefer interest free loans. The three medical "professionals" I dealt with were abrasive in both temper and procedure. Was able to get my first appointment within a few days of calling. Went in late June because they accept my insurance. Really liked my dentist. Was told all I needed was my teeth cleaned. Then found out earliest appointment available for teeth cleaning is in February, 2019. They are now booking for April. How can I get my teeth cleaned every six months? Worst place in the area to go to. The front desk staff are rude and don't collect the correct payment amount, then blame it on the patient. I had a good experience with the dentist that was ruined by my bad experience with the "customer service" team. I will not be going back. read more

Have been with Aspen Dental for over 15 years with no issues. I made an appointment for the first part of November 2015 because of a tooth that was causing me a great deal of discomfort, when I got there I was informed I had to have x-rays and a cleaning, after one of the worse and most discomforting cleaning the doctor came in and informed me I would need to have a filling replaced, I informed him how much discomfort I was having, he informed me I would have make an appointment, at the front desk they informed me that they were booking over 3 months out, I informed her that was unacceptable, she informed me that was the closest date. I scheduled the date. Also she asked if I wish to PAY for the filing NOW, I had to look around, I thought I was on candid camera. The next day I notified Patient Services via internet, a week later I called PS and informed the person I spoke with about my previous email and she looked it up and informed they did receive it, but had not gotten around to addressing it. She referred me to her regional supervisor who called me the next evening, I explained to her the discomfort I was having and she explained that their was nothing she could do to help, I am looking into finding another service. My suggestion: If you go to Aspen Dental, find out FIRST when the work will be scheduled, BEFORE they get in your pocket with x-rays and cleaning, even if your insurance company is picking up the tab. read more

I went in on my first apt and was very impressed right away. The receptionist was extremely nice and made me feel welcome. My wait time was not too long, and was the television does help pass time. The office takes a lot of digital X-ray pictures which made me feel good that any issues would be caught and found. I met the dentist Dr. Cho who was extremely nice and made me feel like I was a friend than a patient. He asked questions and listened to my issues, then let me know what would be great. I was able to schedule a cleaning within an hour of getting my initial consultation and all I have to say was that the cleaning made me feel like I went to a teeth spa. The hygienist cleaned my teeth so well that when I went to work all I got asked is if I had my teeth whitened. Amazing!! I went and had a filling and was very impressed they don't use the metal but the white fillings which made me much happier. Dr. Cho worked great and I was in no discomfort. My filling feels great and makes me feel so much better. I highly recommend Aspen to all my friends and family so much that I have 2 friends now going with the same results. read more

Overall the experience has been quite good. Everything is quick and efficient. They have a very fast method that may cause some to miss your small family dentist but the staff at Williston are very friendly and knowledgeable. July 7/2015 I went to aspen dental to inquire about getting a partial denture. Since the last dentist I saw I thought was a failure. After making an apt. which was timely, I was informed I needed fillings ans a crown before I could get impressions done. Ok I did this and continued on. Now here it is Jan 9 2016 and still do not have my denture. The last apt. I went in for I was escorted to the " room " and sat there for almost 45 min before anyone acknowledged me being there. Assembly line dental care...lots of unnecessary procedures recommended by fresh out of dental school dentist with large student loans to pay....Poor quality product...three tries to get a crown correct....pain and suffering not a concern for the staff. read more

I scheduled a cleaning, but only ended up receiving a consultation. When I had called to schedule to cleaning and specifically said cleaning, I was not informed a consultation has to be performed before the cleaning. I have been to quite a few dentists around the country and the consultation and cleaning were always performed at the same time. Guess I expect a dentist to be honest which unfortunately was not the case at Aspen. Aspen is creating two appoints out of one to increase the number of visits and profits. read more

The worst. I was told that the berlin office would work being it is 1/2 vs 1 1/2. I already had all my teeth pulled and paid for including the dentures. I was having trouble with the temporary and decided to have the necessary work to resolve. They wouldn't let go to Berlin it was to new and weren't sure who the oral would be. Surprise. Meantime I had a stroke and Berlin would be easier. Run around time for 3 weeks. I paid for the initial/dentures and now into paying $3000 left on initial of $5000. I should start this review with admitting that I'm a complete wuss when it comes to doctors, dentists, auto shops, the whole lot. So because I suck at adulting, I haven't been to the dentist in two, three years...so today I went to Aspen and oh my goodness- everyone was ridiculously friendly! They completely put me at ease from the moment I walked in to when I was driving off in my car with my (semi) pearly whites. I only had a cleaning but I can imagine that they are just as professional and great with more complicated visits. I definitely won't go another two years without visiting the dentist! read more

I have had several appointmnets reschedule which i did not know about. If I had taken work off early I would have been very upset. I have been waiting for nearly a year for my final dentures which were completely paid for in full up front. My temps fit awfull(cant even wear my bottoms). My upper temp as broken at least three times now. With that said I love the staff and my doctor. They have treated me great and I enjoy my dentist visits about as much as one could. I am still awaiting my finsihed product and will give another review at that time. That is what is what really counts is the end result. read more

I started going to Aspen because it was close to work. I had one bad experience with the work that I had done. But that dentist is now gone. If you get to see a dentist that has been there for a bit, they are good. The reason I am giving 2 out of 5 is because of how unorganized they are. I was rescheduled 5 times in 6 months for the same filling. I was rescheduled 3 times for a cleaning. I would get 5 minutes to a few hours notice. I tried to give them a 3rd chance but had the same thing happened. Very disappointing. I will not be using Aspen any longer. read more

Had a really bad experience with them. They charge me for a filling that I never had. Then when I tried to reschedule to get the procedure done, they told me their system crashed and they would call me the next day. I never received a call. So I finally got a hold of them and they said they could fit me in in six months (even though it was their error). Their office staff seems disorganized and incompetent. The only reason Aspen Dental got one star, is because I had too. This is the absolute worst place I have ever been. I needed an implant, so made my first appt. I was taken in on time, but then waited in an office for about an hour, if not more, until I finally asked someone and they got a dentist to come in, who then says to me "Well, I was pulled out of another office" Not my fault, definitely a scheduling problem. My next appt. was cancelled because they said ,"Too many Dentist were out sick. I rescheduled, again, and, you guessed it my appt. was cancelled again. Why I even tried for a 4th time, why I'll never know, but i went in and they said I would need to come back again , they couldn't do anything for me that day they didn't have the materials they needed. So, yes, four appts. nothing done, and a lot of wasted time. I would never, never go here.... read more

Aspen Dental is affordable and had excellent service. They use the newest techniques and great at meeting the needs of their patients.

Called first thing this morning for an appointment as I was having some severe pain. I was told that as soon as a physician came in they would return my call and let me know if they could see me.
