I would like to comment on Kregg Chidester and his unsurpassed level of care for all individuals in skilled nursing. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding and kind. I have seen him in action with a difficult situation and he truly did whatever was best for the resident. Isn't that what we look for in these facilities? Having that kind of leadership trickles down through employees. His staff are like minded because he demands that level of service for them. Again, isn't that the atmosphere you would want your loved one in? I spent several years working as Resident Advocate for Parkway when they first opened and I am certain that their residents are priority one. I am also certain that people are imperfect and can and will make mistakes. I recommend Parkway and I would recommend any place that Kregg Chidester is working at to take care of someone I truly wanted the best for.

However, they were in the room right away, made sure to listen to my concerns and explained why things are the way they are. Very understanding and not judgmental. Was in and out of the hospital in two hours and feeling out of pain right now hours later.
