I audited her charges and found they did not follow insurance patient responsibility cost. When it said patient responsibility 0 they charged us full price. So aways look at you EOB from dental plan if you have one.

It was exhausting! When I saw that this office was less than 10mins from my house I crossed my fingers! Our initial consultation was very direct and straight to the point, which I really appreciate. Dr Brett explained all of our options thoroughly, and left me (and my kid) feeling really confident in the next steps. Our first appointment went great, with a few fillings but we were home within an hour. Our second appointment today was quicker and easier! I can't say enough good things about Dr Brett right now. It is so refreshing to find a dentist that you know you can trust. We left today, and I think it's safe to say that we found our new dentist! Side note: The staff is also amazing!

He never introduced himself, didn't take a look at my X-rays until after the exam when I tried to bring up my concerns (the assistant even asked if he had seen them yet when he came in so early and he just gave a very abrupt "no," which she nervously laughed off), and barely gave me room for questions afterwards because he kept trying to walk off! The place was practically empty yet the appointment felt very rushed like he just wanted to get it over with. I left feeling very frustrated and dismissed. I had to look up on their website to see who I saw and I'm positive it was Dr. Brett. If you insist on going here, try booking with the other dentist.

She made me feel like my teeth weren't as bad as I thought they were. Dr.Christensen saw to my concerns and addressed them leaving me with no fear to go back. He is kind and understanding. With a good sense of humor. Cory our insurance advisor explained everything simply and easily and also offered us in house for my daughter that doesn't have insurance. She made sure we understood everything before we left. This whole team ultimately made me understand how important and priceless it is to maintain your teeth. Most importantly Alyssa's tour set is up it felt like we were on a cruise or a resort exclusively. Maddy helping reinterate the importance of teeth care. I love this place and recommend it a million percent. So much that I was willing to pay no matter what for them to take care me. I'm an adult and still have a lot of nerves around procedures of any kind and they simply make it worse. If you have a child needing work done be sure to accompany them because this team is not going to help their experience at all. The team was very personal able and answered all of my questions. I got my teeth cleaned and they took the time to highlight all the positive things and explain why they did what they did. I want to say it was Camille and Dr Jared. I was grateful that my self maintenance did a great job and have healthy teeth and they proudly honored that instead of trying to scare me into coming more regular. When it came time to leave , the checkout lady, Jodi , made sure I understood how insurance was covering what and what my obligation was and why. I asked the same question a few times because it didn't click and she gracefully made sure I was confident in what I understood. I also have interest in removing my amalgam filling and replacing it with a porcelain crown and Jodi made sure I understood all the ins and out of payment for that. I sit in the chair the dentist comes in removes my dentures and proceeds to tell me how inferior and sub par they are and look terrible. This man wants me to have a conversation with him about my feelings on the set I have, my likes and dislikes. (Keep in mind I have not removed my dentures in front of anyone including my husband in more than 7 years. I sleep with them and only remove them to clean) I am not comfortable speaking without them let alone have a full blown conversation. This man sits me down, puts me in the most vulnerable position, tears me down, tells me I need tens of thousands of dollars in work that I didn't ask for... and THEN asks me why I seem anxious??? Like what? After all was said and done they refused to reline my current set as I requested for less than $700+ unless I agreed to their recommended treatment. This was the most humiliating and traumatic experience I have ever had with a dentist. I left in tears feeling hopeless, defeated and now self conscious. I would highly recommend you finding a different dentist to help you!
