Instead of costing me a lot of money he said let's see if we can fill this. And he was able to fill that chipped portion with a substance that is so strong looks exactly like my tooth. Amazing what they have today. When everything was all done he asked me how my bite was and I said it is perfect. However, here's how it went down. You sit in the chair, they tilt you back and there's a flat screen tv mounted to the ceiling. The dental tech asks what movie you would like to watch as she's scrolls through a list of movie icons. Oh yeah, I never saw Maze Runner. I never got a shot, nothing oral, no gas, just watch a movie and they work and grind away on your tooth but you feel no pain! They had to have given me something local but I never felt a prick. 2 hours later my movie is over and I'm picking out the right whiteness for my crown. These guys have it down. Worst service I have ever had from a dental or medical establishment. I never leave bad reviews,…read morebut I'm just so disappointed and frustrated with my experience. I called and scheduled a dental cleaning 2 months out, and received countless forms of confirmation through text, email, and call that my appointment was booked for the time and date we agreed on. I moved my personal schedule quite a bit so I could make that appointment that was available because I knew I was moving to a different country shortly after, and I just needed a cleaning. Morning of the appointment came, and I drove across town to the office just to find it locked and dark. The sign on the door said "we will return 12/28" which was the day of my appointment, but no one was there. I called the office and just received their normal voicemail. I thought I was going crazy so I checked all of my confirmations and their office hours and sure enough I was there the right time and date. No cancellation notice or anything. I waited around for 30 more minutes before deciding that no one was working that day and left a voicemail with my name and number asking to be called back to reschedule. Days later and I still hadn't received a call back. So I had to call again seeing if I could get an appointment. I found out that the office had been shut down by the health department, which I understand is out of their control in a COVID environment, but they insisted that they had informed everyone that their appointments were cancelled. I explained that I absolutely had not received any sort of notice, even after they said I must not have my voicemail set up... even though I know for a fact it is. They refused to take responsibility that maybe people got missed. When I tried to get an appointment, I was told they opened up Fridays for those whose appointments were cancelled, but those were filled up already by people who had called before me. They only had one opening that just plain didn't work for my schedule, and there's nothing I could do about that which is why I scheduled so far in advance. Ultimately they told me they couldn't schedule me until February or March, but I will have moved by then. It's frustrating because if it were my office that didn't send notice of cancellation and had provided horrible service, I'd make the effort to cut into a lunch break, stay 30 mins after, or something to help a customer with a quick cleaning. Now I'm stuck finding a new dentist who will take me on extremely short notice before I leave when I thought I had scheduled an appointment with a trustworthy office far enough in advance that I wouldn't have to worry about this. If you want a dentist office that will not apologize or take responsibility for their mistakes and doesn't care about the quality of their customer service, then this is the place for you. My family has decided to cancel all future appointments and take our business elsewhere.

I was immediately greeted by Jamie and asked to fill out paperwork turned it in at approximately 10:55am and played the waiting game. Got seen at around 11:15am not to bad turns out they had an unexpected visitor that had a broken tooth that put them back alittle behind schedule. However I been to maybe 40-50 dentist in my lifetime and NEVER once had the actual dentist clean my teeth it's like going to a company and meeting the CEO directly. It was pretty cool normally the dental hygienist clean my teeth so I thought that was pretty cool. The staff and experience was overall great. My kids are scheduled in 3 days. The doctor who cleaned my teeth was Bart and Aubrey polished and flossed my teeth very cool staff and dentist facility. Face masks are not required FYI
