avoid at all costs, first over priced.......second, i purchased my windows, the windows are good,…read morebut the installers are from hell. i was not told about the policy that you must remove blinds curtains etc. so the clowns arrived, they installed the first two windows, did a good job, then went into my front bedroom, they broke a one of my curtain cords, dust and dirt every place (they do not have sheets to cover anything) they then put a one and a half inch hole in my wall, left without saying anything. i called the company, they stated it was my job to reinstall all my blinds and curtains, and that i should have been told, i then said nothing was told to me and then i complained about the hole in the wall. they came back reinstalled my blinds and filled in the hole (remember they put a hole in the wall and never said anything) . today, a week after my windows installed, caulk is pulling away from my windows, i called and the so called manager called me in so many words a liar, and went on to say the hole was not that big.........wow this idiot should have been in a three stooge short. a customer complains about damage and the manager says its was not really "much" damage. avoid!!!!!!!!!!!! avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!! avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!! avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!! avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Castle still has not replaced the butyl rubber seal failing in the windows under their "lifetime…read morewarranty" and in fact demanded a positive review in order to replace SOME of the window panes/seals. They twisted my arm when I called for the warranty work by saying that they sold their liabilities and are no longer the same company but they'll do the replacements for a good review... over a year later after posting the "good" review, the warranty work hasn't been done and they are ghosting my contact requests now. They did come out to measure the replacements, messed up the measurements the first time, had to come out again and remeasure, forgot to measure pane thickness and had to come out a third time and measure again. Sent a 3rd party contractor out to replace window panes and discovered that their measurements were wrong. Still waiting on replacement panes/butyl and windows are still leaking air. Buyer beware.
