Yesterday was the completion of our window installation with the Nirvana windows from Zen Windows, We are absolutely thrilled with the Zen windows quality and are so happy with the meticulous installation by your two installers Roland and Everett. The quality of the Zen windows stands out compared to the windows that you replaced but the workmanship of the windows, ease of opening and closing as well as the ease of closure and sturdiness  of the Zen windows are outstanding. Now for the installation of the windows a part of the package some people can't understand or don't realize how important that is with relation to the complete window replacement experience, Roland and Everett were outstanding. They both respected our property as though it was their own, they cleaned up every area they worked but not at the end of the day but whenever the area needed to be cleaned. They picked up debris after each window install and each trim install. They kept their work area clean at all times. They both were so easy to talk to and answered all our questions and concerns. The trim work around each and every Zen window is beautifully done and looks expertly finished. The finishes of the Bay window are so nice and having a one piece four pane window shows the quality of the Zen windows quality. Thank you again for the Zen window experience and thank you for the great installation by your work crew. We have already recommended Zen windows to a few of our friends and neighbors. I found them on Groupon and I'm so glad I did! We had to delay the installation date because of a personal injury, and they were so accommodating and understanding! Andrew the owner also personally took time out of his busy schedule to come to our home and go over the trim colors since there was some order confusion. Everything was settled and taken care of in such a friendly and professional kind of way, they truly do care about their customers! And once the installation day came and we got our windows in, we were head over heels in love with them! The installation team was neat, speedy, and they left the window trim with barely a scratch. The only thing is I wish they would have been a little more careful when it came to hitting/bumping the walls and ceiling-I have a few things that weren't there before, but I do understand it's all part of the installation process (also, I'm pretty picky with things like that!). But, all in all, we simply love the wonderful quality of the windows and and trim on the outside! We are going to have them come back and put more trim on our existing Windows that were already new when we moved into our house 2 years ago. Couldn't be happier with he purchase. Process took about 2 1/2 months. There was communication all along the way. Expectations were set and met. 14 windows, One Installer named Jim. Took 2 days as he informed me when he came out to do the measurements. I had doubts but Jim did it. It was amazing. Jim told me he had been doing this for 20 years and it showed. REMARKABLE improvement. These were Imperial Elite Triple Pane and I'm so glad I went with the triple pane. They were worth the upgrade. The following week we had winds up to 26 miles per hour. You wouldn't even notice it inside the home. Sound, most all outside sound eliminated. Oh there is still the sound of a dog barking, the trash truck going by but they are muffled and not annoying anymore. We sleep better now. As for heat, I've notice the electric baseboards aren't turning on as much or working as hard to keep the home warm. This is going to save on the electric bill for sure. I researched several window companies about replacing the original wood windows on my 1927 home and quickly learned that Zen's quality and price could not be matched. We Love our new bathroom window !! Thanks to Andrew we now have a bathroom window that opens to let some fresh air in. After almost 17 years of taking showers in a stuffy, humid, sticky bathroom we can now crank open the window to let the Fresh air in. Zen Windows "No Hassle" estimate was all that ...no hassle, and the installation went perfectly.
