I…read morethought that it would make life easy for him to be met, get help with luggage and driven straight home. Not the Case. No one met him. I called and was put on hold for over 15 minutes before hanging up twice. The third time, I insisted on speaking with a supervisor. My helpless brother had been at the airport waiting for his ride for over an hour by this time. The supervisor said he would refer me to have my money refunded. It seems they went to the airport after I had gotten my brother into an Uber and marked him as no-show. Really? They would contact me within a week. Really? Really? And this is your customer service? What happened? Are your drivers afraid of mentally challenged people? WTF? I sure will not mention that again to a car service (which will NEVER be Execucar or Super Shuttle ever again!) Be forewarned - do NOT mention any handicap to these people or you risk being No-Showed by the driver. WORST EVER.

I called dispatch and was told they never informed him my flight was cancelled rather he left to take another passenger. 20 minutes later I was still waiting for the driver. I called, he claimed he was close and when I asked if he was playing games cause no one told him my flight was cancelled, he then said he just couldn't find my flight info or schedule even though it was provided. I called dispatch back to complain but they didn't really care. Way too expensive a service to be sitting at the Minneapolis airport at 1:00AM waiting 30 minutes for them to figure out my ride. I won't use them again. FYI... I sent my confirmation information to the email address as requested this morning 6/20.

As soon as we made it out of the house he was ready to stow our bags and open the doors for us. He was incredibly professional the whole ride. The car was immaculately clean and smelled of fresh leather. The ride was the coziest I have ever had. Liban took the turns smooth and was very attentive. Considering it was pitch black, Liban used his brights in the dark intersections and any wooded areas. We were very obviously Liban's priority. When we got to the airport he was at our door ready to help with our bags and wished us a safe trip with a warm handshake. The pricing to the airport was only slightly higher than Uber and Lyft at that time of day. The cost was far below a taxi ride. The professionalism of the driver is what will stand this transportation service far above other options. We ordered three different limo sizes for three different times throughout our wedding day - one 20 person bus for our bridal party, a normal limo for just my groom and I post-ceremony, and then an SUV to take my groom and I home at the end of the night. The drivers were so friendly and patient - we told them times to be at our pick-up locations and they did not have a problem waiting for us when we were running late.
