I have used Aspen Mini Storage on and off for many years at this point and I absolutely adore them! Mike is always super friendly and welcoming, and I have never had any issues. The units accept autopay, it is easy to call them and switch over your card if you need to, and their pricing is amazing compared to some of the other places in Flagstaff! They offer many different sizes of units as well, and while they're called 'mini storage' they do have some pretty amazing larger units available as well! I've only used the units on the ground floor (3 different units in 2 different sizes over the years), so I can't say much on the upstairs units for the smaller sizes, but my units were always great! They have tall ceilings so you can really stack your stuff up there too! Seriously, 10 out of 10 I highly recommend these storage units! I'll never use another so long as I'm in Flagstaff! read more

I have rented a unit from Aspen Mini Storage for nearly 4 years. The owners are super nice and friendly. I was treated like family. Their auto payments were super convenient for me. I didn't have to worry about missing a payment the entire time I rented with them. I ended up with 2 units due to availability, but they were super affordable. The place is easy to get in and out of. I rented two different storages here in a period of a year and a few months. I had called around a few places in the area and this one was the easiest, most hassle free (although the other ones were more up to date with facilities, they either had no space available, had a tedious bureaucratic process, or required the use of an elevator). This place was great because I could drive up to the storage unit itself, which was very practical. The guy who manages the place was friendly, informal, and flexible, often stepping out of the office with pet dog. I liked that I could make payments over the phone. If I could improve something, it would be to extend the hours of storage access until at least 7 or 8pm. read more

So while I can't comment on the actual facility I am giving 5 stars for the attentive service because I think he went above what could be expected, especially for someone who would not be a customer. read more

I was very happy leaving my stuff here! I was able to leave everything for 5 months and paid the total up front so I didn't have to worry about all summer. Coming up from phoenix to lease a storage I was Told no problem as long as I was there before 5:00. Got there by 4:30, called the manager and was told too late. Manager had to walk the property so he couldn't process a lease and leave by 5:00. So now I have a load of furniture in my truck after I was Told no problem. Lame work ethic Aspen Storage.
