You will need to be present for all of their work. They WILL cut corners if you're not hawk eyed correcting what they are doing. They will also overcharge for "dumping" and removing a root my wife already mostly removed. They were never authorized to remove the root for $475 when my landscaper said it should only cost $200, I only asked how much they would charge IF my landscaper couldn't do it, I never gave them the final OK, they just ASSUMED. Also EMILIO will charge you for a tiny bit extra concrete, they say it was 2 yards, I know for a fact CEMEX didn't charge them for an extra 2 yards.. EMILIO is rarely on site and doesn't understand that drawings can be wrong, the driveway has to lineup with the joints or it looks stupid, and the curve should look right (not according to a stupid plan) but they don't really care, it's not their driveway... anyway. 2 stars for at least completing the job on time, mostly to spec after many corrections. don't believe anything they respond here.

The load bearing wall was compromised by another company that tried to take shortcuts by installing a soak away and ended up ruining my laundry room and garage, leaving the roof compromised during hurricane season. Ryan kept me apprised of all he was doing and took care of all permits and inspections. His team showed up early, did what was on the agenda for the day and left me with a clean work area every day when they left. Someone always showed up during an inspection and took care of everything. By the time all was completed, I felt great relief knowing my family is safe.
