We had a small chip (our fault) and we were so worried! Jenny came out right away and remedied the issue. You can't see it anymore! Most recently, I called her to ask about the caulking around the drop in sink. I felt like mildew kept showing up because it was hard to keep that small corner dry. Jenny came over with another colleague and they redid the caulking around the sink. It is perfect now, it even reduced the space that held moisture and had mildew. Two of the 3 blind corner cabinets with expensive pull-outs are in-operable. The door pulls hit the door pulls on the adjacent cabinet, so the door will not open wide enough for the pull-out to be pulled out. This is just one example of the numerous problems with my kitchen. Mr. Gonella has not only refused to correct the problems, but has repeatedly threatened to file a lien on my house, because I refused to pay the remaining $2,050 balance on the $28,500 he charged.
