I went to Virginia to board my first cruise, so wasn't familiar with the area and heard that the port parking lot had a lot of vehicles vandalized in the past and Brad from Asphalt Lot put a message in the cruise group on Facebook and I decided to try them. I called Brad to make arrangement and though it was last minute, he worked with his partner Martin to direct us to the lot and drove us to the port. Martin gave us tips as first-time cruisers. Martin assures me that my vehicle will be safe and not to worry about it but to have fun on the cruise. Upon returning from the cruise, I reached out to Martin and Brad, and they came and picked us up from the port (the line for the shuttle back to the port parking lot were super long) so we were glad we didn't park at the port parking lot. We got back to the parking lot and my vehicle was right there safe as Martin promised. Brad and Martin interacted with us on the way back. They are very friendly and understanding and helped us with no hesitation. I would recommend this company for you to park for your Carnival cruise. read more

This was an absolutely great experience for my husband and I. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were directed what to do at every step. They helped us with our bags, and they were handing out snacks to everyone in line. We waited maybe 5 or so minutes after parking the car to getting loaded onto a shuttle, with a Veteran Driver who was efficient and kind. It was a very smooth operation all around and they picked us right back up where they dropped us off when the cruise was over. If we sail out of Norfolk again, we will undoubtedly use them. I can't say enough good things about this business and the men who run it. We got off our cruise early and expected to take an Uber but fortunately found these gentlemen instead. Their professionalism was outstanding. Clean and cooled vehicles that were quite literally a breath of fresh air after pulling luggage through the morning heat. They even loaded and unloaded our bags for us. We were devastated that we had only found out about their parking lots after we had used another, but we will park with them the next time we travel as well. We parked 3 vehicles for our cruise last week. Even though we are local, this option was more affordable for our large group and we felt safe leaving our cars at the garage. Upon our return today, we waited no more than 10 minutes for a shuttle back to the garage. We could tell improvements had been made to the logistics as it was very organized today, after some disorganization leaving last week. My friend drove her car and we parked at Asphalt Lots. Thry did an amazing job getting us from the parking garage to our port and back again with we docked.
