I started going here because of a cheap introduction advertisement combined with my lack of insurance. I felt like this was the bargain bin of chiropractic medicine, but it was all I could afford and I was in pain. It wasn't until I got insurance and checked out places I thought were more reputable that I realized how good these guys really are. What to expect: Because it's walk-in only, expect a short wait during peak times of the day - especially late afternoon when all their "bank hours" competitors have already turned off the lights. Assuming your paperwork on file is up-to-date, your name gets called and they pretty immediately get down to business. There's no cuddling afterwards, they're going to treat you, quickly communicate what you should be doing until your next visit, then get you out of the damn way so they can help their next patient be pain free. Competitors are mostly like any typical doctor's office visit where you wait in a waiting room for an unreasonable amount of time, get your name called where you go back into a different room to sit and wait, then eventually speak to someone face to face that is qualified to help you. In my experience, even without insurance, it's probably cheaper and you'll usually be seen quicker than you would with an appointment scheduled well in advance with a competitor. The office experience felt like being at a Care Now center. They don't take x-rays before they treat you and make you sign your life away should they cause more damage. Treatments can be paid for individually but the "subscription model is what's pushed. I wasn't a fan but the price does make it hard to resist. read more

I can't tell you how much this has helped me. I have chronic back pain an neck pain, an I see Dr Fields an he has helped me so much. There are two Dr here an two different touches, if you need a lighter touch then Dr Shiva is your girl. Dr Fields is a more firm touch which I need. The reception area is nice it has a couple different types of chairs so you can pick your comfort. The receptionist is very polite an always has a smile on her face. She will always tell you about what options are available an what the pro an cons of each plans. If your having some ache an pains then this is the place to go. read more

My wife went to the location off of 121 about a month ago and I guess that location was ok but the one in NRH... not so much. My wife pulled her back out today and asked that we go to the joint before they closed because she could hardly walk. We would have made it before 5pm (the time they close) but I had to drive extremely slow to prevent from hitting bumps as much as possible (we live about 5 miles away). We arrived three minutes last 5pm!! The office closes at 5pm. The girl who was at the front desk watched me, try to get her attention, try to open the door and then stand outside trying to call another location to see if they were open and never once walked out to say hi, or I'm sorry we are closed, or how about check on the patient. This isn't a Starbucks, or the GAP. This is a medical facility and if a patient is outside of your doors three minutes past closing time, you should at least walk out and check on them! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Holt and his wonderful staff. This was my first time to see a chiropractor and it was as painless as possible. When you first walk in you are greeted and made to feel welcomed. The initial consult with the doctor is very informative and thorough. He takes his time and goes over your medical history and the places bothering you and he even finds the spots that you missed. lol. The doctor will tell you about what all he found and what the likely causes are. Then it comes time for the adjustment. I was nervous...extremely nervous. Dr. Holt spoke in an extremely calming voice and explained everything he was doing while he was doing it. I was having some real bad lower back and neck pain from sitting at a desk all day so when he dropped my hip back into place that stung...a lot. The neck adjustment was...the most scary and amazing thing on the planet! Scary because one small slip up and I could be messed up for life. Amazing because after he popped it there was instant relief and those nice pleasurable endorphins flooded my system. He ended the visit with giving me some exercises to do and mapping out a wellness plan. Drink plenty of water!!! You will be sore but it's a good sore. My cousin and I have been coming here for about a month now and we can see and feel definite changes for the better. I'll be honest and say it was the price that got me in the door. Initial visit is only $19. We liked it so much that we signed up for the monthly plan which was still cheaper than the copay for my insurance. Since we usually go together we got on their family monthly plan where you get 4 visits in a 30 day period. It seems like every time we go we bring in someone new because we like this place so much. You get a keychain card that you scan to sign in and we were told that you can use it at any of their locations. Aside from the first visit you are usually in and out in under 15 minutes. The concept of the Joint is really great - Package deals or membership, they don't bother with insurance (no need - Their price is cheaper than my co-pay anyway!), and WAY more flexible hours than a traditional practice's office. I had never been to a chiropractor before and in fact, I was pretty nervous about visiting one - What if it made my back pain even worse?! I work in a busy kitchen, on my feet sometimes for 14 hours a day. I was struggling with some SEROUS back pain. Well finally, after many visits to a GP for pain management and finding no long-term relief, I sought out something different. Dr. Martin and staff were very friendly and patient with my questions. After the initial assessment, Dr. Martin worked very slowly on my VERY stiff back. He was able to release tension that I had been feeling deep within my spine and neck. I've been coming here since September and love it! I have visited several locations & always received exceptional treatment. Most clinics have the doctor schedules posted, or share schedules via Facebook so if you find a particular chiro you like, you can go when they are working. The hours are convenient, and the prices are in line with going to an independent chiropractor, except you don't have to use insurance. A single visit is $39, or you can sign up for packages, which reduce the price per visit. You can use your HSA plan as well. I saw this place and it's advertised pricing and recommended it to my uninsured adult son. He was very satisfied with his treatment. I had a good chiropractor but could no longer afford his services, so I gave this place a try. I received adjustments as good as any I've ever had - and I have seen chiropractors since I was a child.
