The office is well run and efficient, the service is way beyond what I have experienced anywhere else and the Dentist is amazing! I have to admit that I have never even considered that the shot process could be so painless! This office will have my business as long as humanly possible. All that being said, the prices aren't cheap, but they are fair and if you want cheap, I'm sure you can probably find a dentist who charges less. I just wouldn't recommend it! This was never explained to me prior to my appointment but I was now told, "It's procedure"! Why?? I was prepared to pay the full amount after my appointment had been completed. I decided to try Dr. Cobran's office to decide for myself. I was met with professionalism by her and every assistant that I encountered. Very clear assessment, skilled staff, reasonable costs and honest care plans. Appointments were timely with considerate reminders. My crown has been expertly done and has remained intact. I waited to post my review. Front desk is always so cordial, but the young man there literally provides the best customer service of any provider that I've visited. He is by far the most polite I will admit. Took a while, but I hands down found the best Dentist and office in Lake City. Oh, also tried the well-known dental factory. She is late for her clients because she is too busy complaining about her fully loaded brand new vehicles. Between taking images and cleanings, Charmin is very good at drowning you and then scolding you for not communicating while the equipment is in your mouth. Not that you can get a word in edge wise with her. I see why she was named after toilet paper. I also want to point out this place fraudulently billed my insurance during our last visit in November. I reported them to the two insurances that I am double covered for. After several rude phone calls with their front staff, they changed the visit date for my second insurance, so they could fully bill both companies. I reported this fraud again to my insurance, and they did nothing. The third strike was today when Charmin refused to do my cleaning because I'm expecting. I receive multiple confirmations by text, email, and automated call and yet no where is it communicated that a Pregnant woman needs a release from her OB. Be warned! For the working class, taking time off of work to accommodate these banker hours is money. Considering it takes 6 months to even be seen, this was especially upsetting. If you do visit, make sure you check out the "brag board" of profits in the main office. For a place that leaves bibles out and has a scripture quote of the day, you sure don't live by integrity.

First of all the staff at the office is wonderful, helpful and very professional. Dr Oliver is a fantastic Periodontist. He patiently and clearly explains the details of the procedures. He truly cares about his patients and the quality of his work. I am highly impressed and pleased with the services I have received.
