Shortly after my 11:00 AM appointment, I was called by the nurse to give her my check for the total amount of $4,000.00! I have never been asked for prepayment BEFORE a procedure! This was never explained to me prior to my appointment but I was now told, "It's procedure"! Why?? I was prepared to pay the full amount after my appointment had been completed.
