The program and medication really work for me! It is very affordable. I lost over 50lbs in 4 months, and I could not be more grateful. When I started the program, Nurse Cindy thoroughly reviewed my health history, and weightloss goals. She provided me with diet and exercise recommendations which fit smoothly into my busy lifestyle. I feel like the medication provided gave me a boost of energy, and really helped me to stay on track. I lost 12lbs the week after my first visit. I never missed my weekly appointments. Over the weeks and months, Nurse Cindy provided me with tips to navigate the roadblocks to my success. When my weightloss stalled she coached me to stay focus and made recommendations that helped me continue to lose. I think it helped to have someone else to be accountable to. I appreciate that she is a true medical professional, and not someone just passing out pills. I began to look forward to my weekly weigh-in. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I did a walk in on January 16 2019 and UNBELIEVABLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! First off, if you do not like dealing with Groupon clients, then DO NOT PUT YOUR BUSINESS ON GROUPON because that is exactly how I felt!! I had a Groupon credit and my biggest issue is that when I asked what type of injections did she have an she literally sent me to her site on my PHONE, glad I had a charge. Then when we got on the site, she couldn't even explain the difference from B-12 and B-12 with Lipotropic. She just said Lipo will burn fat. Basically what B-12 does. I really wanted to know for MYSELF, so asking me questions as to my goal or ANYTHING would have been nice because it was a $150 difference and I honestly didn't mind paying $1,000 had she had any sort of personality or knowledge of her business. She simply said either injection is up to you. She didn't ask me anything, I mean NOTHING!! I was SHOCKED. She acted like she was clueless and annoyed that I was even in her office. What's crazy is that I had to google Lipotropic on my phone and I tried to see if I could get better communication from her by saying, "I'm doing the research on my phone and Lipotropic will not work for me". This lady said ok. At that point I was DONE. I paid for the B-12 because I wanted to get the hell out her office and go somewhere where someone actually enjoyed there job and helping people lose weight, not look annoyed and barely speak. When I asked her about some pills I use to take years ago, she said you will need an appt for that. Then she had the nerves to give me a business card and said you can book your appt online. I wish i could give Cindy Hatley @Aspire Health and Wellness MORE THAN 5 STARS.... I am a repeat GROUPON [B12] client since 2017. I just noticed another review that seems very malicious and slanderous towards this business and decided that I would add my (well over due) review to share my experience. Before buying the Groupon I actually took the time to be an educated consumer...I visited the website for products/services offered beyond the Groupon I was interested in purchasing....I also read the reviews...there are sooooo many different places to go to get a B12 shot...but this business stood out among the rest and I decided to give this business a try...I knew that ultimately my weight loss success would be based on my effort and diligence but I still wanted a very personable, caring, knowledgeable and professional person to guide me...I must say from the moment I met Cindy I was convinced that I made the right decision. From May 2017 to March 2018 i only received B12 shots from Cindy...but in March of last year I inquired about the weight loss program while in her office...we talked about it briefly and Cindy directed me to her website to schedule. Although I was anxious to get started, I had absolutely NO problem with following the instructions she gave me. Cindy understands how to manage and run her business...she can estimate how much time each client will need for what, and considering how many clients she has I completely understand why some services are walk-in and others are scheduled by appt. I did as instructed (scheduled appt online) and started the weight loss program in March 2018. Before the program I had already lost 20-25 pounds...Since being in the program from March till now I've lost an additional 50 pounds...so for 2018 I lost a total of 70-75 pounds. Mentally it has been a battle, constantly telling myself "you can do this" but subconsciously hearing myself say "you'll never achieve your goal, you are the big girl, accept it"...that may seem a little extreme to some but I'm just being transparent. Anyway, Cindy was/is that caring, kind, sincere, supportive voice and coach that has pushed, instructed, guided, cheered, applauded me the WHOLE entire way...she has been MORE than flexible and accommodating. On several occasions, not just for myself but for others, she has stayed after hours, provided take-home alternatives, and has been accessible for questions/concerns. I truly believe she has a heart for helping others and helping ppl achieve their weight loss goals....in my experience it is evident. She is definitely invested in her clients and their success... Affordable cost for the B12 shots, weight loss program, and prescriptions. I was doing weekly B12 shots. This month I decided to try the weight loss program. I am happy with my progress so far on the program. Lost 10lbs in my first week. Cindy is great and very professional and she really does care about her clients well being on the weight loss programs. My pressure was extremely high & she prescribed a medicine to lower. Went to see my regular doctor few days later to review my overall health to continue on the program. The owner of Aspire Wellness is Cindy, she is professional and prompt. I've received several Vitamin C with glutathione injections with no problems. However, the last two injections I received (in January 2018) burned me and now I have to red sores on my back side.
