One of the most accessible airports but the lounge wasn't this last go round. There was a 1 hour wait for 2 people on a Monday. I think it was the heavy Coachella travelers. The host at the front was doing the best she can with the line. Once we were called to come in, we were assisted by man who was fairly rude escorting us to a specific table when there were 3 others open. We ended up moving to another table of our choice. Food is decent, bar is small but doable. There are plenty of other seating- couch/lounge style - but those were taken up. The water machine was broken but they provide table top beverage dispenser with ice. It was empty with just ice. The entire time we were there, no one came to refill it. We opted to get a can of gingerale in the fridge. In the past, this lounge was much more pleasant. Because I like this airport, chances are I will be back and hope to see improvement. read more

Glad there's a priority pass lounge at Ontario airport. Although it can't compare to nicer lounges overseas, this one gets the job done. They have a bar, fridge with sodas/sparking water, and a hot bar for some finger foods and soup. The lounge is decent for a quick pit stop before your flight and it can get busy since it's the only lounge at Ontario. Always a good place to stop by. read more

Nice lounge in Terminal 4 of the Ontario Airport. It's not a very big lounge, but they do well with crowd control to make it comfortable for patrons. They have a good amount of food/snack options. Window seating allows you to see planes land. The bar seems well stocked. They offer plenty of drink options. Their espresso machine is currently broken, but they do have regular coffee/tea and Nitro cold brew on tap. The staff were all very nice and are constantly cleaning, picking up plates/cups at the tables and stocking the food items. They only have 1 all gender restroom for the whole lounge, but I never saw any long waits to use it. There was one lady that I wish I'd gotten her name who provided great service (shorter girl with dark hair and ponytail). We had arrived ~3:40 minutes before our flight and the lounge only allows entry 3 hrs prior to your flight, so we sat in some seats outside the lounge to wait 40 minutes before trying to enter again. Just as we were going to try entering again, that lady came out to tell us that we can enter. I was surprised that she remembered us and actually came outside to tell us we can enter the lounge. During our 2+ hrs there she can be seen cleaning and clearing the tables as well as checking people in. She is the perfect employee for the lounge and hopefully eventual promotion to management. read more

After a fairly lengthy flight from Nashville, my wife and I wanted to "productively" utilize the layover + flight delay time before the final leg of our travel back to Sacramento. Thankfully, we found this lounge which happened to be in close proximity to our gate. The employee working the front desk (who also served as the bartender) warmly greeted and checked us in. Although the lounge was set to close within an hour, there was plenty of food (i.e., small bites) available for consumption. My wife and I treated ourselves to a healthy serving of their delicious chicken wings, along with making a mini- charcuterie board using the available items (i.e., cheese, meat, olives). When we desired a drink, the employee that checked us in, poured my wife a generous serving of wine and made me a delicious whiskey sour. While we consumed our food and drinks, we enjoyed watching Shrek on the television located by the bar. This lounge is clean (it even has an in-lounge restroom), provides exceptional customer service, and is well-stocked with food and drink options...I highly recommend checking it out! read more

The Aspire Lounge is a decent place to relax, grab a few snacks and recharge. It is pretty clean and quiet. That said, it is not a place to get a full meal. There are snacks and finger foods but not really enough for a dinner. I visited in the early evening and the food looked a bit old. The food was not the healthiest but most airport food is not. If you compared this to other airport lounges then you might be very disappointed. However, if you consider that this is a small lounge at a small airport, then you would feel better about it. read more

I recently visited the lounge in Terminal 4 after having used the Terminal 2 lounge, which was fantastic. Unfortunately, my experience in Terminal 4 was completely unacceptable and easily one of the worst lounge experiences I've had anywhere in the world. The new manager in Terminal 4 was shockingly rude and aggressive. I needed to take a soda with me for my flight, and he literally grabbed two sodas out of my hands and told me I was not allowed to have them. I am not exaggerating -- he physically took them from me. It was incredibly unprofessional and hostile behavior. Beyond that, the overall service was awful. The staff attitude was unfriendly, the food offerings were poor, and the atmosphere felt anything but welcoming. I've visited lounges from Centurion to American Airlines, Delta, and many international lounges in places like London, and this was by far the worst service I've encountered. This manager clearly does not understand hospitality, customer service, or how to properly treat guests. If management is reading this review, I strongly urge you to address this situation immediately. He is damaging your brand and driving customers away. read more

We were welcomed with a smile and friendly conversation at check in. The staff is prompt with bussing tables and collecting used plates and glasses. George is great - really engaging! For breakfast they had hot bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, mini breakfast burritos, scrambled eggs, and oatmeal. A full spread of pasties, breads and bagels - all individually wrapped. Service is top notch, prompt in keeping the place clean, removing unused dishes, and ensuring everyone's need is taken care of. This is one of the smaller airport lounges I've been too. But its also a really small airport. Was checked in by Rashawn. He really hooked us up in the checking in process. Super friendly and personable. Kept us up to date as to when the lunch items were coming out, as they were transitioning over from breakfast. They have a good selection of food items. Soup, salads, chicken wings, meatballs, flat bread and ither things. Their sausages from breakfast was really good too. You have some drinks in the mini fridge you can leave with. Its well stocked. The bar area was great too. Genesis was working the counter and she did a great job. Attentive. Got us our drinks quickly. And they tasted pretty good too. Being such a small hotel everything is quickly reached by walking. Just pay attention to your boarding time. But a great way to burn a couple hours enjoying free drinks and food in a clean and not too busy (if you find a seat) environment. read more

I think this is my first review of a lounge. I have priority pass, and it's my first time flying out of ONT. Delighted to find that there was a lounge here accessible to me, since LAX got rid of all of their priority pass benefits in Bradley. In comparison with other international lounges, this one is probably ranked near the bottom in terms of food selection (think, salad-ish bar, potato and pasta salads, teriyaki meatballs, chicken wings...), but I found the service very friendly, the lounge quiet and cozy. It's a tad bit cold in here, but I prefer that to being warm. Nice relaxed place to chill before my flight. read more

I was recently flying out of ONT for a domestic flight and was placed in Terminal 4 for departure. And after recently receiving complimentary Priority Pass from one of my credit card benefits, I figured I'd head over to the Aspire Lounge to escape the crowded chaos that is the ONT airport terminal. For my experience, I was able to access this lounge on a Tuesday around 6:00AM in the morning. Walking into the lounge, I was warmly greeted by the front desk attendant who had me scan my Priority Pass Membership along with the boarding passes for myself and one of my guests (Note that depending on how crowded the lounge is and what benefits you have, the lounge may restrict access accordingly). From this point, I was given access immediately. Looking at the price of entry, the numbers seemed to differ from the various online sources I checked out. But from what I understood, the price of entry without a membership is 37 dollars per person. At this price, the Aspire Lounge could potentially be worth it if you have a long layover, are looking to eat a hefty sum of food/drinks, or just need a place to sit and work before your flight. But personally for me, I only found it to be worth it with my Priority Pass Select Membership. "Price to Portion" will vary. Walking inside allowed me to turn either to the left and to the right. To my right was the lounge section which included a variety of seats from barstools to full couches. To my left had the buffet line and the full-service bar; I sought to try out the food first! For a small lounge, the buffet was vast with many options. Of many things, I found the grab and go sodas, pastries, and hot oatmeal to be nice touches to the lounge. But of all of the offerings, I was happy to see a section of warm breakfast items like scrambled eggs and French Toast. Trying the oatmeal first, the texture was perfect with just the right ratio of water to oats. With a little brown sugar on top, the oatmeal was just sweet enough. For next, the scrambled eggs were pretty standard with their spongy texture. But combined with the very thin, light, and crispy bacon, I enjoyed the savory flavor both were able to achieve together. The hashbrown I had leaned closer to the soggy side, but was still crispy enough to enjoy. And for next, the French Toast pieces had just the right amount of powdered sugar on top to make it lightly sweet. For last, the hardboiled egg tasted fresh and was filling enough to enjoy. Looking at the drinks, the buffet line had a variety of milks and an assortment of juice. And from this selection, I had a few glasses of Honey Crisp Apple Juice which tasted both chilled and fresh. With a variety of breakfast options, I was happy with the amount of food available. And with very little people in the lounge so early in the morning, I was able to enjoy my food in a quiet environment. The lounge was maintained nicely, the bathrooms were in great condition, and the main area was very clean which made it much more enjoyable. This being said, I would definitely return to this lounge again if I am back at ONT for a flight and would argue the Aspire Lounge in Terminal 4 is a solid 5 out of 5! If you're boasting a Priority Pass Membership, this lounge is a must visit! read more

Was told Lounge was full to capacity even after I observed a large group of people leave. Was told I could not be allowed in even then because there were other people who were told to wait as well. Maybe I'm just nostalgic for the life I used to have, but perhaps it's just way nicer when you're here not because you have to be. I used to seek out lounges for great food options or drinks, but those are long bygone days, and perhaps even during its heyday they weren't even all that great anyway and I was chasing a high I didn't need and all I had to show for it was unnecessary pounds. It's a barebones lounge without any hot food, but when you're on vacation, you're not trying to get your fill on airport food, so why seek out generally subpar lounge food during your short time before boarding your flight and instead fuel up prior or after. You're forgetting what a lounge is for, which is a quiet reprieve from the hustle and bustle, and while I can't say there isn't all that much of it at 4am, I'd much prefer to be in the quiet of the lounge than the scramble of people trying to catch an early morning flight. Come here for your coffee and refreshments, take it easy, and enjoy yourself prior to your flight. You'll find that it's well worth it. TIP: This lounge is open at 4am for the early morning flights out of this airport. Take advantage of it. read more

This lounge does the job! If you want a comfy couch, reliable outlets to charge up, or some complimentary snacks... definitely stop by in Terminal 4 by Gate 411. When I came here, there was a taco bar and spaghetti. The quality was average. All food and drinks at the counter are complimentary and self-serve. They have a bar, but you must pay for drinks. They range from $5 to $13. Not bad. White Claw, cocktails, beer, wine, etc. They have a more quiet area, or you can sit near the bar to watch TV. There's also a private bathroom that's more convenient than the ones at the terminal. read more
