Glad there's a priority pass lounge at Ontario airport. Although it can't compare to nicer lounges overseas, this one gets the job done. They have a bar, fridge with sodas/sparking water, and a hot bar for some finger foods and soup. The lounge is decent for a quick pit stop before your flight and it can get busy since it's the only lounge at Ontario. Always a good place to stop by.

Nice lounge in Terminal 4 of the Ontario Airport. It's not a very big lounge, but they do well with crowd control to make it comfortable for patrons. They have a good amount of food/snack options. Window seating allows you to see planes land. The bar seems well stocked. They offer plenty of drink options. Their espresso machine is currently broken, but they do have regular coffee/tea and Nitro cold brew on tap. The staff were all very nice and are constantly cleaning, picking up plates/cups at the tables and stocking the food items. They only have 1 all gender restroom for the whole lounge, but I never saw any long waits to use it. There was one lady that I wish I'd gotten her name who provided great service (shorter girl with dark hair and ponytail). We had arrived ~3:40 minutes before our flight and the lounge only allows entry 3 hrs prior to your flight, so we sat in some seats outside the lounge to wait 40 minutes before trying to enter again. Just as we were going to try entering again, that lady came out to tell us that we can enter. I was surprised that she remembered us and actually came outside to tell us we can enter the lounge. During our 2+ hrs there she can be seen cleaning and clearing the tables as well as checking people in. She is the perfect employee for the lounge and hopefully eventual promotion to management.

After a fairly lengthy flight from Nashville, my wife and I wanted to "productively" utilize the layover + flight delay time before the final leg of our travel back to Sacramento. Thankfully, we found this lounge which happened to be in close proximity to our gate. The employee working the front desk (who also served as the bartender) warmly greeted and checked us in. Although the lounge was set to close within an hour, there was plenty of food (i.e., small bites) available for consumption. My wife and I treated ourselves to a healthy serving of their delicious chicken wings, along with making a mini- charcuterie board using the available items (i.e., cheese, meat, olives). When we desired a drink, the employee that checked us in, poured my wife a generous serving of wine and made me a delicious whiskey sour. While we consumed our food and drinks, we enjoyed watching Shrek on the television located by the bar. This lounge is clean (it even has an in-lounge restroom), provides exceptional customer service, and is well-stocked with food and drink options...I highly recommend checking it out!

Staff were quite good, friendly, welcoming, and flexible. The lounge is nice with plenty and a variety of comfy seating. There were different seating spaces, some quiet, some more public. I appreciated the festive Christmas decorations as a good reminder, in all the hustle and bustle of traveling, to slow down and ponder why Christ was born and the significance of it. There was a nice variety of food and drinks. There was a bathroom Inside the lounge which is convenient. So thankful that I can hang out in a more quiet peaceful place while I am waiting for my flight.

The Aspire Lounge is a decent place to relax, grab a few snacks and recharge. It is pretty clean and quiet. That said, it is not a place to get a full meal. There are snacks and finger foods but not really enough for a dinner. I visited in the early evening and the food looked a bit old. The food was not the healthiest but most airport food is not. If you compared this to other airport lounges then you might be very disappointed. However, if you consider that this is a small lounge at a small airport, then you would feel better about it.

George and Sarah at the Aspire Lounge in Terminal 4 at Ont always takes good care of me and sets the tone for a smooth start to the day. He's friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to, and you can tell he really cares about the experience. The lounge itself is clean, the brunch options are solid, and the whole team is consistently welcoming and on point every time I stop by. Cool vibes good amount of seating and chill vibes

Aspire Lounges did a nice renovation to this lounge. Half of the lounge feels like a contemporary lounge and the other half feels like a cafe. We were welcomed with a smile and friendly conversation at check in. The staff is prompt with bussing tables and collecting used plates and glasses. George is great - really engaging! For breakfast they had hot bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, mini breakfast burritos, scrambled eggs, and oatmeal. A full spread of pasties, breads and bagels - all individually wrapped. Individually brewed espresso drinks with a full array of milks, and nitro cold brew on tap! I look forward to coming back in November.

Stopped by this lounge every time flying American out of ONT from T4 and always have a great experience. Food and beverages are on point with good selection and quality including bar service. Service is top notch, prompt in keeping the place clean, removing unused dishes, and ensuring everyone's need is taken care of. Shout out to George who is always upbeat, warm, and provides good customer experience overall as he embraces ownership like this is his own business. Not a big place but plenty of seating area with tables and chairs, or nice comfy cushioned couches all around. Keep an eye on the opening hours as they open early but close earlier than the one in T2. There's a restroom inside for your convenience. Located around the corner near gate 410.

nicely arranged, just the right size lounge

This is a good example of how customer service should be, George and all the staff are always so gracious and we always feel so welcomed when we stop in. We sat on two high back chairs that George directed us to and he was right nice view comfortable chairs nice private spot just inside the entrance. Great to relax away from the crowds. We like simple eats, boiled egg cup of tea and sausage, but they have nice selection but more importantly the area is well kept and offer a variety of choices.

How can someone possibly eat like this 7 hours after TG? Please meet the one n only Ray Ray

This Aspire Lounge is better than the Amex Platinum lounges at the bigger airports. 1) The entry process and wait time if any literally takes seconds. 2) The variety of the food is tremendous and way better than the bigger Amex lounges. Lovely mini burritos, delicious and fresh parfaits with fresh fruit, gorgeous small biscuits with excellent gravy. 3) This is a chill, stress free, small but so is the airport and traffic establishment with no rush and no fuss. 4) The couches are so comfortable. 5) They have a better selection of canned sodas including Coke, Mountain Dew & Dr Pepper. 6) The coffee is amazing. 7) George is the MAN! Kind, welcoming, professional, on top of his game and ensuring all is well from the great and painless check in to replenishing the food to picking up dishes all while having fun with everybody. Solid Manager! 8) The all gender restroom is immaculate. 9) All gates in Terminal 4 are less than 3 minutes away. 10) You can get your coffee to go. Yes they actually have to go cups. No other Amex Lounge does. Loved the Ontario airport Aspire Lounge.

Came here on a Tuesday morning around 6ish. Pretty empty. Friendly staff. Free well drinks (need to pay for premium brands). Standard breakfast options

One of the smaller airport lounges for American Express card holders. I think there are two of them at Ontario airport. We like to come in for breakfast and coffee drinks when we take morning flights. It's very cozy and comfortable in there. A great way to relax and away from crowds before boarding!

Absolutely the best airport lounge I've been to. Plenty of good food and snack options. Philly cheese, wings, bagels, pizza, tuna, veggies, fruits, trail mix, Chex mex, pancakes. Plenty of drink options: sodas, coffee, water, alcohol. The space was really quiet and clean. Good WiFi. Notices for departing flights. Staff very friendly.

Almost immediately, a male employee approached my wife and told her to move the car because the vehicle in front supposedly needed room to leave. However, there was clearly plenty of space for that car to exit, and there was no turn signal or indication that it was trying to pull out. The interaction felt unnecessary and abrupt, especially given how quickly we were unloading and the light traffic at the time. Afterward, the employee stood in the roadway to block cars so I could pull out, which felt excessive and awkward. This isn't an elementary school drop‑off where traffic needs to be manually stopped, and anyone familiar with airport drop‑offs knows they can be tight and fluid. I have never experienced this kind of situation at any other airport, and certainly not under similar circumstances. The handling of this felt unreasonable and made an otherwise simple drop‑off frustrating for no clear reason.

Literally go up the escalator/stairs, through TSA, and then turn right and the terminal is literally right there. There are times where there's only 1-5 people ahead of me in line at TSA and you don't have to take your shoes off anymore, making the process so much faster and smoother. Food and shopping options are a bit limited, but it's a smaller airport so no big deal for me. Seating is usually plentiful but the tables with the power outlets go by pretty quickly. Sometimes the flight attendants have a mic so you can hear updates, but obviously sit closer to the gate out if you really want updates or to correctly know when to line up.
