Pad Thai is the best hands down. The noodles are super flavorful, bouncy and moist. The overall flavor is balancing and refreshing with the sprouts and the crunch of the peanuts. Highly recommend one of the best pad Thais I've ever had, and I've been to Thailand. The crying tiger steak is alright. It wasn't my fave. I do like their chicken wings very crispy and made to order bc it was piping hot. The tom kha was also nice, had a more spicy and fishy sauce flavor which I liked. I'd come back. Service was overall fast and good and attentive. Area isn't too big but can fit families and maybe parties of 12 if needed at the most. Lots of parking, just annoying bc the in n out is on the other side but when it's busy it'll block the parking bc people line up to go to in n out and block it. The flavors at Crying Tiger were honestly top-notch across the board, which makes the service experience even more disappointing. For our table of four, we ordered the Seafood Soup, Pineapple Fried Rice with Beef, Eggplant Tofu, Crying Tiger, and Pad See Ew with Chicken. Everything was seasoned beautifully, and I genuinely enjoyed the flavor of every dish. The only food-related misses were the Crying Tiger, which was unfortunately tough and chewy, and the Pad See Ew. The noodles were very limp and barely seemed fried, with none of the wok hei I was hoping for. Still, I could have easily overlooked both and simply ordered different dishes next time. What would keep me from returning is the service. Our party was seated at two separate tables pushed together. After our first two dishes arrived, our server began bringing every new dish for our table in one hand - while carrying another table's order in the other. The first time this happened, he announced what our dish was and then just stood there silently, staring down at us. It took us a moment to realize he expected us to rearrange the dishes already on the table so he could put the new one down, since his other hand was occupied. He never actually asked us to move anything - just waited awkwardly for us to figure it out. I initially brushed it off, but then the same thing happened again and again with every dish that followed. The restaurant was busy when we first arrived and then lots of tables left while we were dining - regardless, customers should not be expected to repeatedly rearrange and carry hot dishes around the table because the server decided to bring two tables' orders at once. One of the first dishes served was the hot Seafood Soup, which we then had to move across two tables with a gap between them... That felt unnecessarily unsafe and could have gone very badly if it spilled. The food here has so much potential because the flavors were genuinely 10/10. Unfortunately, the service was so uncomfortable and careless that it overshadowed the entire meal. All just OK, but fast from to tower that we've had both in Thailand and in this country. The menu displayed a red pepper next to my drunken noodles, so i expected something flavorful and spicy. Our food didn't taste as authentic as it did before...the spices weren't the same, the flavor wasn't there. Maybe it's because we came late (8pm) not sure but I'm so disappointed. My Thai iced tea wasn't good and I didn't realize that my fried egg didn't come with my meal. The server seemed disappointed that I had mixed my rice and meat when she came to bring me a to go box which threw me off. The spice tin definitely was t the same, not authentic. For lunch we ordered: House Fried Rice with Shrimp Lunch Special (5/5) -- Delicious fried rice with jumbo shrimp served with salad and vegetable eggroll. ($18) Boat Noodles (4/5) -- I first had boat noodles in Bangkok over 25 years ago. This homage to Thai beef soup with thin rice noodle, beef, bean sprouts, Chinese broccoli, and meatballs was tasty but lacked the bold flavors found in the best boat noodles. ($19) Pad Kra Pow (3/5) -- This dish really fell short of what we expect of a Pad Kra Pow. First, the menu promisd "stir fried ground chicken with chili, onions, bell peppers, and basil", but the chicken served was large pieces of deep-fried bone-in chicken. The stand outs for me are the pad thai and the eggplant tofu. Both of the dishes were very flavorful. My complaint about the eggplant tofu is there was not enough eggplant. They skimped out on it. Its a clean modern feel. I got the mama hot pot which is a seafood stew with noodles chicken mussels lime coconut shrimp tiny scallops and squid. I dont prefer squid but i could tell it was perfectly cooked. The broth was fantastic!! We also got the chicken satay appetizer - incredible - and egg rolls. My friend got the crying tiger (steak), his wife and my husband got the pad thai which comes with chicken and shrimp. They both loved it! The pork riblets had great smoky BBQ flavor, and the dipping sauce was refreshing and spicy, though the pieces were small and a bit light on meat. Papaya Salad wasn't as tangy or fresh as expected and had a lot of liquid, which made it soggy. The Pad Thai (shrimp & tofu) tasted good and had plenty of noodles, but only came with two shrimp and two pieces of tofu, which was pretty disappointing. It was originally shrimp and chicken but I asked if I could take out the chicken and substitute with tofu. On the other hand, the Pad See Ew (chicken) was solid with a nice smoky wok flavor, generous chicken, and plenty of greens. The Crispy Calamari stayed impressively crispy even in the takeout box, but the portion was very small. Overall, good flavors, but portion consistency really depends on what you order. Also after paying I didn't get a receipt so I had to go back to the counter to get it. But they were prompt to give it to me once I asked. read more

We ordered several items to share with our table and everything was very flavorful and delicious! The Panang was the top choice for us all, next time I'd definitely order again. We were undecided between the Green Curry and Panang and per our servers' recommendation, we went with Panang, with shrimp instead of beef- so glad we did! Also ordered Phe Pad See Ew- Shrimp and asked for it Medium Spicy. It was also very flavorful and definitely had a nice kick to it, so if you're not wanting too much spice order light spice or as is, without spice. We appreciated the friendly staff and service was great, especially the recommendations. Maybe its just not my day. Came here in a rush after work and arrived almost 9pm, they closed at 9.30pm. We ordered right away after less than 5mins, and wait for the food around 10-15minutes. We ordered 3 dishes : 1. Tom Yum : A bit too sweet for us and doesn't taste right. 2. Chicken Sate : The peanut sauce was good, and the chicken was grilled perfectly, not too dry. Just a bit lack of flavor. 3. Crying Tiger : This one was our favorite, the meat was so juicy and the dipping sauce was yummy. The place was clean, i like their interior. They also have bar area. Service : Maybe because they are closing that's why i feel like there was no service at all, we were not the only table, there was 4 other tables. When the server brought the food, they didn't mention anything, just put on our table, this was our first time here and we have no idea how to eat the chicken sate in a right way (you can see in the picture), but we didn't ask because we just don't want to bother them.
