LOOOOOVE this place. my boyfriend and our families love coming here for dine in or take out. i tend to do takeout so my food is ready when i get there and eat in the comfort of my home. the food is the same whether you dine in or take out. the service is always quick and the workers are super kind. also love dining in because the interior decoration is so pretty and with the small restaurant, dinners can be nice and intimate. crying tiger is my fav along with the kao soi. tried the lemon shrimp today and the shrimp was still perfectly crispy even with takeout and the lemon sauce paired perfectly with it. you can't go wrong with any of their fried rice but my favorites are the tiger's fried rice and the crab fried rice

Drunken noodles with chicken lunch special, July 2026

3 for lunch. We had a crab curry, house fried rice lunch special, and drunken noodles with chicken lunch special. All just OK, but fast from to tower that we've had both in Thailand and in this country. The menu displayed a red pepper next to my drunken noodles, so i expected something flavorful and spicy. The waitress told me that they really didn't make it spicy, so she'd bring got seasonings to the table. The food arrived, but the seasonings never did. The dishes looked very nice, but none embodied the flavor mastery we've had almost everywhere else. Can't recommend.

Small but mighty. If you are in Covina and craving same Thai food, check this place out. Looks can be deceiving. Staff is friendly. Food came out fast and hot. Drunken Noodles was delicious

I'm glad there's such a solid thai food place in eastvale! I've visited this place multiple times and it hits everytime. The pad thai and chicken sa-te was enough to feed my friend and I. Though I will say she does eat less so I got to eat more and felt pretty full! The place is nice and modern too, giving a very clean feel. This is def my go-to for thai food now

My friend brought me here to joint-celebrate our birthdays tgt! He said he's been bringing everyone here since he found it, and I completely understand why, as it was SOOO GOOD Everything we ordered was amazing! The steak was tender, the curry was creamy, the noodles were soft (in a good way)! Beautiful presentation of all the dishes too! And the Thai tea was rich & strong! Our order arrived very quickly! Probably within 10-15 minutes Our waitress was wonderful! She checked on us multiple times, always refilled our water before we needed it, and took a photo for us and asked if it came out okay :) She thanked us for stacking our plates, saying we were so helpful haha! And even complimented & worried about me right before we left, telling me to stay healthy, so sweet~ And the interior is gorgeous!

Crying Tiger Thai Bistro is definitely one of the best Thai spots in the Eastvale area! The food was fresh, flavorful, and everything we ordered was delicious. The service was also amazing--friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I'm always happy to support a local restaurant that delivers both great food and great service. Definitely worth checking out if you're craving Thai food!

Staff was very friendly and food was served very fast! The ambience is trendy, and decently sized so it is great for large parties or for small families going out for lunch or dinner! 6/5 - Crying Tiger - Definitely the best dish we had here! The steak was perfectly medium-rare and perfectly seasoned. Obviously very tender and juicy as well. The sauces they served with the steak all complimented the meat well! Highly recommend getting this if it's your first time at the restaurant! 5/5 - Kao Soi - Loved the elements of this dish with an appropriately marinated fried chicken complemented well by the broth and red onion. The chicken is actually chicken wings rather than a fried chicken fillet that I have had from other Kao Soi dishes, however this restaurant makes that difference work, and I was surprised how much I enjoyed the wings covered in their Kao Soi sauce! 4/5 - Pad Thai - A generous serving of noodles that carries that traditional pad thai flavor. Nothing too outstanding about the dish, but it will definitely satisfy any cravings for pad thai you may have! 4/5 - Kra Prow Basil - This dish wasn't too salty and had a perfect spice level that was not too overwhelming. We thought the meat could be a bit more tender/juicy as it was a bit dry, but overall we were satisfied with the dish. If you have had this dish before, you will be satisfied with their take on Kra Prow Basil. 3/5 - Calamari - Nothing too amazing with the calamari. The batter was not overwhelming, and it was appropriately salted and fried for a great crunch. Definitely eat it with the lemon sauce!

The food here is phenomenal. Insanely good and consistent everyyyy time. Our favorite and go to is the Crying Tiger/med rare and the Pa Thai. I wish I could eat this every day, not gonna lie! The crab fried rice is super fire. So yummy! And it goes well with the yellow chicken curry. We've had a few things but the first two are still our fave! The Pad Thai is great with chicken and shrimp. It comes with beans sprouts, shredded carts and peanut topping.... When I say this is insane, I mean go and try it now. The servers are great and remember it faces and our order. They take care of us and are kind. It's a super cute vibe, parking is a breeze and you will always leave feeling super satisfied. What else could you want for honestly!

Tigers curry (red curry) I rate this a 1/5. (See review for deets)

Service and atmosphere was great 5/5!! The food is ehh and would choose to eat something else. If you are expecting authentic Thai food, this isn't your spot. Tiger's curry (red curry) Rating: 1/5 Curry is served on the plate vs bowl which is odd. Not spicy. Garlic fish fillet Rating: 1/5 I didn't taste a strong garlic taste. Maybe I'm immune, but it was ehh. Nice presentation though. Kai Soi Rating: 2/5 Be aware the fried chicken is wings and drumsticks. Was not expecting bones per menu description. It's like a noodle soup, flavor is okay. Drunken noodle Rating: 3/5 This was the most tasty out of everything ordered but definitely not spicy which does have a chili pepper on the menu. I expect spicy and basil but had little basil leaves and not spicy. Noodles on the thicker side.

Yummy crab fried rice. Pad Thai was different and refreshing. Inside with booths and tables with clean decor. Service was a bit slow. Tables on both sides of me got the tom kha soup which looked good. Open until 930.

First time to try this Thai food place. It was a busy Sunday lunch but able to sit right away. Service was good. Frequent water and soda refill . Ambiance a little congested with tables and chairs arrangement. Simplicity decoration was visible. The food was delicious and fresh. We ordered Pad see we, chicken yellow curry, garlic pork ribs, papaya salad ,fish filet with lemon lime sauce The prices and serving were reasonable .

They have lunch specials which is basically their dishes with an additional salad and egg roll. Portions were perfect for lunch and possibly for even a second meal. I got the drunken noodle, pad see ew and the crying tiger! All such great options! I recommend the crying tiger to anyone! The meat is cooked perfectly and the sauce to pair with it was amazing! Pad see ew was good and definitely up to my expectations. The drunken noodle was a bit too oily for me and sadly just not what I was expecting. Love the place and the decorations! Service was amazing and they were fast with coming out with our food!

Delicious hidden gem in Eastvale! Very hipster vibes inside. Clean. Steak was perfect! The bathroom even has a changing station for babies if you need it

I still enjoy this place and will continue to support it. -----previous review---- Love the vibe and the food. But they recently changed their menu. I didn't know this until I got my food. I ordered expecting to get the original fried chicken sandwich on the hawaiian roll. But out came this pathetic looking chicken sandwich on a sesame bun (later found out they up charge for the hawaiian roll) with a flat piece of fried chicken that is significantly a downgrade from the original in terms of texture, juiciness, and taste. My husband loves beer and I don't drink but this place had good food so it was perfect for us. But apparently not anymore. Prices go up and quality went down. I don't mind paying for good food, but I don't think changing the menu was the way to go. That was not it. Likely won't be returning unless their food gets better. Bring back the original Bad Muthaclucka!

Of all my go-to dishes steak frites is probably the hardest to find a decent example for a reasonable price out in the wild. That's why I think Kenwoods is doing a real service of offering a fine example of one for the $25 price point. It was juicy; the chimmichuri, while not the classic bearnaise, sauce, still brought the flavors out in the steak; and the fries tied the whole dinner together like The Dude's rug. I would order this dish every time I come here. The service was great. All my substitutions and requests were handled promptly and courteously. And the server literally checked how I was doing every time she passed by. This is how all restaurants should train their staff. The space is great. It's got a nice energy to it. And although I usually hate bars and gastropubs because of how obnoxious the din can get, I didn't mind the noise here. I appreciated the open floor plan and the place has more TV's and screens to rival Mission Control. This is a good space to chill with friends and have a meal. All in all, this is a good find and a welcome addition to my rotation for when I'm feeling a hankering for steak frites.

The Lanai is located in the Cravings food court area at The Station shopping center in Eastvale. There is plenty of parking available. We went inside to the Shuck Oyster bar and entered The Lanai from there. It is actually more of a tiki patio than an enclosed tiki bar. However, the tiki décor is great with plenty of bamboo, carved tiki figures, hanging puffer fish, tiki style signs, and many tropical accents. There are overhead fans spaced around in case it is hot outside. We had one round of drinks and several appetizers. The coconut shrimp and lightly battered Shishito peppers were great and the sauces paired well. We have had these appetizers at Stowaway before and they had the same good quality. She ordered the spicy tofu bites. I'm not usually a fan of tofu, but they were surprisingly really good. I had the Adrian's Mistake cocktail which was well balanced and a little on the strong side. She had the Right Of Passage which was good and had a light fruit flavor and you could definitely taste the mango. The one man show Brandon took great care of us. It was slow at this time of day so we got a chance to chat with him quite a bit and service was fast. They have a weekday happy hour from 4pm to 6pm. Although we didn't specifically order off the happy hour menu, three of our items, including both cocktails were part on it. I give it 4.3 stars but rounded up to five stars. I'm sure the ambience is much better in the evening when it more lively and dark outside. They have a good variety of munchies, and the cocktail menu has a good mix of tiki classics and some originals. I don't think there any many tiki bars in this area, so I hope they do well.
