I've been going to Aspire since they first opened and was made to feel foolish yesterday. I was told a treatment would be obtained honoring the last price I paid and after showing up with numbing cream all over my face, ready for my procedure, I was basically called a liar by Michelle, the ABRASIVE PARTNER, and was told I made things difficult. Well, consequently I walked out and had a lovely dinner with my husband, numb face and all..... The problem is they fluctuate prices with the wind and rush you through every procedure. Ok ladies! This is by far the best place I have ever had Botox. I have had Botox injections at 4 other places. A plastic surgeons office all the way to "Botox party" (do not recommend). Kim is on top of this business. Calls are returned right away, text message reminder and so so nice. Michelle did my face better than anyone ever has. She asked questions, took pictures that I knew she was looking at and determining the best plan. Oh my gosh it was like a breathe of fresh air having another woman help me feel beautiful. I never ever recommend this place ,if you go there,you will wast your money .they don't have license and working under another Dr. that never attended at the office they will charge you $25.00 for Dr visit to start your treatment and Dr visiting you over computer or phone to give the approval for your treatment . I had to make two appointments to get my Botox done because first time I got 35 unit and I wasn't satisfied when I back for second time she charge me for 4 more unit but still .....any way she charged me about $400.00 for 39 unit and Dr visit still I am not satisfied , I use to go to Prolase laser center in Glendale but when I saw good review about them on yelp so decided go to them ,now I think their good reviews are fake . read more

Unfortunately for me my lip fillers didnt turn out so well :/ my first appt went great with Michelle, after the swelling went down I noticed one side had more than the other so I went back paid for an additional half syringe and after the swelling went down again my lips are still uneven and sadly noticeable. I've already spent more than enough money, my first visit a full syringe and my 2nd visit a half syringe to add more to certain areas and make them equally fuller, so I wont return for them to be fixed since they weren't fixed the 2md time. I let michelle know they were still uneven and noticeable she said it's probably still swollen but it's been 2 weeks now and it has stayed the same. Sadly I have to find somewhere else to go to have them fixed. read more

That said, the fact that she is willing to drive from Santa Monica all the way to the IE for her appointment says everything.
