I love Aline and this place. She's an angel. I inquired about Botox to help with my grinding that also triggers migraines and of course for my 11s. I've been picky on who to go to about my problem and I'm glad that I could trust her, especially, in regards to my face. Unfortunately they charge $100 to look at you and tell you what they recommend They also charge a 3.5% to use a credit card. I've seen other professional providers (Image Perfect Laser in Newport Beach) who gladly see you before treatments without charging you a "consult fee", especially if you purchase and schedule treatment (s). I have seen Kimi a handful of times starting from last year and she is absolutely amazing. I highly highly highly recommend!! I am scared of needles and she makes sure to let me know when she's going to "poke" and taps the area before as a warning. I so appreciate it. She's been there for me since my first Botox and filler. Unfortunately I experienced the worst service here. I came in to get my lips dissolved and refilled spending a total of $1,250 and ended up walking out with deformities on my lips. I went through a round of dissolver and my nurse Dawn told me that was enough. I still had unevenness so I opted to do another round of dissolver to make sure she had a clean slate. She told me she felt very comfortable filling my lips so I trusted her and came out with lumps all over my lips. I went in to see her and was offered to spot dissolve the lumps but wasn't guaranteed they'd go away so we decided to completely dissolve and was told they would offer 1/2 a syringe for free as a curtesy but once they dissolved they sent me on my way and never scheduled my appointment or reached out like they said they would. The whole process was extremely traumatic and hard physically and emotionally attached are pictures of how I walked out after dissolving and how they left my lips. read more
