I used to be happy with their service but it's falling off.. went to get a mani/pedi for a wedding and came out with two cut toes, one bruised toe, one cut finger. They rushed it through. No music playing, nothing on the tvs, not very clean, and girls sitting around doing their own nails and eating in front of customers. They used to offer champagne and water. Not very professional. Service has gone downhill recently. I drove 20 minutes because the service was better than my nearby nail salon. Went to get a pedicure, no one was offered water or a beverage. The girls looked miserable except for the only lady I recognized with the lob haircut. The girl doing my pedicure couldn't drain the scalding hot water, the drain wasn't working. I asked her if she did a lot of French tips. She said yes and if I didn't like it she would fix it. She asked if I liked it thin or thick. I told her somewhere in the middle she started super thin. I asked it for a little thicker which she did but then she started doing it thin again so they didn't match at all. She wasn't happy with what she was doing and kept taking it off and retrying it over and over again. I told her it was fine, please leave it but she kept removing it and starting over. I was there for so long I was late for an appt. She was visibly frustrated. I asked for pink clear. She said okay and pulled out ballerina pink. I asked if she could please use pink clear, she got frustrated asking if anyone had some. I also had asked for a glitter top coat and she said NO they don't have it. I could see it on the shelf but didn't want to irritate her further. It was a horrible experience for $65 plus tip. I only tipped her well because I felt bad for her. read more

I took my girls in for mani pedis. I told techs that I wanted regular polish on their toes and gel for their nails. So the one tech started on my first daughter's toes and moved onto the nails since the toes would take time to dry. The other tech decided to do my other daughter's nails first then told me to do gel on her toes. At this point everyone was almost done except her and her toes we didn't have time so I agreed and now her toe nails are peeling. Fantastic. I really liked the place until that. I would go back in to get it fixed if I had time which I don't. I got a pedicure and I think it was a blue clay mask or something and I I didn't realize it was still on my leg when I left. Pretty much got up charged for some other things and I wasn't told either so a little annoying. Having a huge blue spot on my leg was tilting since I was out. Most likely never going back. I was booked with Christine and she did an amazing job! We were sat together in really comfortable chairs and started and chose our colors and type of pedi we wanted. We chose the paraffin wax and my service was great! My massage was awesome. My toes looked great when we left. I was going to leave just 4 stars because it's very loud in the salon. Lots of energy so you don't get to relax, however... I messed up my toes when we got to our hotel and I thought it was just one, they told me to come back- when I got by here, it was ALL of my toes! The amazing Shaun that seems to keep the place going told me there was no charge, just tip the nail tech if I wanted. Shaun is amazing! She has more energy than my 2 year old grandson I think! The only downside is that gel x can get pretty thick over refills, but the fresh set is always this lovely. I usually get my nails rounded, I decided to go with a short square look to change it up. I'll be wearing them like this for a while! I also enjoy to complementary beverages, I usually have champagne but I tried the caramel coffee with a sea salt foam. The music is always nice too, they play mellow beach club jazz / house music with nice scenery playing on the big screens. It's bright and clean. I used to LOVE this place! Loved my nail tech and most of the other employees...I dont know what happened though 1. Cleanliness got bad! The floors are a mess, things are broken, and there's bags of employee snacks all over the place! 2. They request CASH only! If you want to use a card, you will have an up charge! They DO NOT offer Zelle or Venmo like other places. They do have an ATM on site, but good luck if it works! On top of all that.... 3. Their prices went up!! I came here a few weeks ago for a last minute appointment. I called ahead and they were able to fit me in last minute. Once I arrived, they attended me right away and sat me down at a chair. I was assigned two very nice ladies to work on my nails. Crystal and Jenny did an amazing job with conversation, entertainment, and their lovely work.
