We had a consultation (Orem) and had the actual surgery the next day in Saratoga Springs. We couldn't have asked for a better first time experience! Dr. Burton explained everything thoroughly in the consult. The next day (surgery day) he was on time, personable, and made us feel right at home. The surgery normally takes about 30 minutes but Dr. Burton, being efficient as he is, only took 20 minutes! He even called in the prescription meds before the surgery started, so by the time we arrived at the pharmacy, it was ready for pick up. The previous offices I called were booked out until Monday or Tuesday for a consultation and the actual surgery wouldn't be for another week or two. I finally called Alpine Surgical Arts and I spoke with a receptionist named Shannon I believe. We had a conversation on Wednesday morning and she immediately worked to get me scheduled for a consultation and surgery for Friday (today). I had an X-Ray done and confirmed the pricing, signed some forms electronically which was super easy/fast. Spoke with Dr. Viehweg who was extremely kind and knowledgeable. (He reminded me of Mark Sloan from Grey's Anatomy). When I got back to start the procedure, Shannon actually came in to introduce herself and check in on me. That was such a thoughtful and kind thing to do. She is an absolute gem. As well as they had a wonderful team of people who worked very hard to ease my anxiety and make sure I was comfortable. I remember even before the laughing gas I was already smiling and feeling happy. They made me feel safe. Which is very important to me as someone with an anxiety disordered and complex PTSD. They gave me laughing gas to calm any nerves I might have had before inserting the IV sedation. After the procedure they helped me calm down. I was feeling emotional and overwhelmed which seems to be normal considering it's a lot what your body is going through!! After I woke up enough and calmed down. They helped wheel me to my boyfriend's car to make sure I got in safe and directed us to the pharmacy nearby where we could pick up the medicine they sent in. When I got home I was in a good amount of pain but took the medicine I was prescribed, gargled salt water, ate some icecream and worked to stay hydrated. Now I'm laying on the couch feeling kinda sore in my mouth but not really too much pain. Overall, I'm surprised they don't have more reviews. This place is amazing!! Such a great team of people who are professional, kind and have great knowledge in wisdom teeth removal. The pricing with my insurance wasn't bad either. Not to mention Dr. Viehweg just sent me a personal text to check in and see how I'm doing. Very kind of thoughtful!! HIGHLY recommend them!! I thought today was going to be horrible and it's actually been such a good day thanks to them. :)

She is able to administer the (many) anesthetic shots without pain. That's the worst part of any dental procedure in my opinion. Dr. Kershaw has been informative and letting me know what's going on and what will go on. The facilities are nice, I was able to watch with headphones Netflix while getting my procedure done. All the staff is very nice and friendly. This is a good clinic. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Turned out an infection from wisdom teeth getting pulled out - so he asked us to come in the very next day in the morning so he can take care of the issue! He even called in the antibiotics into the pharmacy (on a Sunday!) and we walked right in first thing Monday morning and took care of the infection! We didn't have the privilege of having the wisdom teeth surgery done by Dr. McBee, but he was excellent taking care of us in a personal and professional manner!

I was skeptical that we could find an oral surgeon that cared enough to have repeat business as this rarely happens anyway. Doctor McBee made the grade with my third child and I had no hesitation in taking my fourth child to this clinic. The experience was great for both. My son even had an abnormal bone fragment/growth over a year after his wisdom teeth were taken out and Dr McBee more than obliged in helping us fix that. I definitely recommend Dr McBee.

Each of the four people I spoke to confirmed that this was possible and put it in their notes each time. When I finished my surgery, they couldn't find them and then said they ended up in the trash. They clearly lack attention to detail so if you are planning on getting your wisdom teeth removed and would like to keep them I would advise you do NOT come to this Utah Surgical Arts.

My daughter went in for wisdom teeth removal and ended up with some rare complications. The staff and Doctors showed genuine concern and empathy. The most impressive part was that all of the follow up appointments (6 in all) were included in the initial charge. This could have potentially cost us thousands and thousands of dollars but instead, they stood behind their work and took care of their patient.
