We had a consultation (Orem) and had the actual surgery the next day in Saratoga Springs. We couldn't have asked for a better first time experience! Dr. Burton explained everything thoroughly in the consult. The next day (surgery day) he was on time, personable, and made us feel right at home. The surgery normally takes about 30 minutes but Dr. Burton, being efficient as he is, only took 20 minutes! He even called in the prescription meds before the surgery started, so by the time we arrived at the pharmacy, it was ready for pick up. For a surgery, it was a remarkable first time experience - HIGHLY recommend!

He even called in the antibiotics into the pharmacy (on a Sunday!) and we walked right in first thing Monday morning and took care of the infection! We didn't have the privilege of having the wisdom teeth surgery done by Dr. McBee, but he was excellent taking care of us in a personal and professional manner!

One in CA, one in WA, and two in UT, Both of the first two in other states were miserable because of the way the doctors/clinics handled their patients, from slopping my child incoherent into a wheelchair delivered to my car, to not gaging them right amount of anesthesia. With my third child I was very knowledgeable, and knew the right questions to ask. I was skeptical that we could find an oral surgeon that cared enough to have repeat business as this rarely happens anyway. Doctor McBee made the grade with my third child and I had no hesitation in taking my fourth child to this clinic. The experience was great for both. My son even had an abnormal bone fragment/growth over a year after his wisdom teeth were taken out and Dr McBee more than obliged in helping us fix that. I definitely recommend Dr McBee.

They took such good care of me and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. They let me choose the music that would be playing throughout the whole procedure even so I would be under anesthesia. After I woke up I couldn't stop thanking them and complimenting them, even though I was high and completely out of it. My surgeon gave us his personal number and said we could call or text him with any questions or concerns. If I ever need another procedure I can guarantee I'll come here again.

They did everything opposite that order and then refused to give me any cleaning till they could visibly see how upset i was. They wasted a huge amount of time they could have spent cleaning. He explains all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent decision to move forward with complete confidence! His staff, particularly his office Manager Mandy and my hygienist is also extremely helpful and professional. Dr. Brown has a great rapport with his assistant(s) and hygienist and they work very well together. I never have to wait as they are very timely. She is very personable, has the sweetest voice, and goes above and beyond her duty. Jamie always makes you feel right at home, and always asks how you are doing. She remembers everything and even the last conversation/procedure you had - she's sharp as a tac! Kaitlyn (the hygenist) is super friendly and really is a pleasure to work with. She knows the details and always has great suggestions. Dr. Smith is a soft-spoken man, but he is solid in his work! He is efficient, precise, and thorough in his field. We are lucky to have him so close to us! The office is always clean, presentable, and they do really well in seeing you on time and getting you out in a timely manner - meaning they are never running late.

My dad was nervous going in but Dr. Smith explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He joked along the way and kept my dad thinking about other things. My dad is deaf in one ear and didn't wear his hearing aid because he thought he would have to take it out for the procedure. Dr. Smith made sure he spoke loud enough for him and made him feel at ease. He spent one on one time with him and got the tooth taken care of nicely.
