Unfortunately, he mixed up the day. I certainly understand mistakes happen. In trying to reschedule he kept pushing to come this week, but my schedule wouldn't accommodate and I was okay with pushing out. He did try to get a tech over here, but informed me he doesn't have the drain fitting. Instead of explaining to me, he escalates his voice and says it's not a big deal I will just come a different day to finish. Unsure if this is a necessity or because of his preference (to me taking two days off is less preferred), I simply asked if we should hold off. After asking, he starts to yell at me and screams "I don't want to do your job anyway and hangs up". A customer should be allowed to ask questions to understand, especially after not showing up. Do you feel because I am a woman you can scream at me and hang up like a child? I'm very disappointed and was inconvenienced. I hope he works better with future clients.

They did floor re-sanding and finishing of 3 rooms of maple harwood, and had to be coached by our painter on how to apply the 2nd and 3rd finishing coats to get gloss. They never bothered to tape off other areas of the house, and all three bedrooms and clothes closets upstairs were so covered with dust -It looked like no one had lived there for 50 years! The cost to clean all of the clothes, pictures, and rooms was more than the cost of the floor finishing. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone- his equipment is old and in-effective to collect dust like more professional outfits, and they had no concern for common sense to keep areas protected.
