When he came to the house he helped me to decide where to end the rug so that it would blend perfectly with the rugs I already had. He even pointed out that the sample I was going to choose would be lighter when covering the entire room. Because of his mentioning this I chose a shade darker. I so glad I did. When it came time for the installation the 3 men who came were fantasti. They were through and cleaned as they went. When the time comes I will certainly call Wagner Rug.

We scheduled a visit to measure and quote the room. It was an odd shape, so he gave some different options that would cover 90% vs the whole room. In the end it was only like $250 more to go with total coverage of the area. No pressure on the sale, either, more giving pros and cons for each option. Installation day the crew called to inform they were on the way. From start to end it was done in about 4 hours. Everything looked really sharp which is impressive given all the weird corners a New England concrete basement can have.
