This was my first visit and I had a cleaning which went smoothly. I had previously sent in my X-rays so they didn't have to that. The hygienist used a new (to me) technology to polish my teeth, my previous dentist didn't have this. She said it did a better job and was more efficient. In my opinion the fee was very reasonable. Last week was my first time visiting this dental office. I was truly impressed by the whole staff. Right from the start I felt welcomed. Parking was super easy and fast. As soon as I got into the office since it was my first time, I filled out a few papers which is normal like anywhere else. As soon as I handed in my paperwork, they brought me into the room and started with the cleaning. I didn't wait at all, it was amazing. Betty cleaned my teeth so good it was awesome. Great experience at this dentist! The staff is very friendly and I have never had to wait for Dr. Asseff. They make you feel comfortable and at home, and they are very knowledgeable. Very easy to make, modify, or cancel appointments. Valet park and they will validate your parking ticket, so that it is free. You can also park in the lot, but only in designated spots. The staff is very helpful at making sure that you parked in the right spot so you don't have any surprises after your appointment.
