This was my first visit and I had a cleaning which went smoothly. I had previously sent in my X-rays so they didn't have to that. The hygienist used a new (to me) technology to polish my teeth, my previous dentist didn't have this. She said it did a better job and was more efficient. In my opinion the fee was very reasonable. Went today and had a zoom teeth whitening procedure. The dentist came in and gave me complete information and suggestions for after the procedure. She obviously also does fillers and Botox as I heard her talking to another client about this. Michelle did the Zoom procedure and she was wonderful, accommodating and professional. I have been going to Dr. Asseff for 30 years and my Grandmother before that. He made my first set of teeth and they are just beautiful and fit perfect. On two occasions I needed emergency repairs because of our pet and I was scheduled right in. With in a hour I was out and my set of teeth looked like nothing ever happened. Last week was my first time visiting this dental office. I was truly impressed by the whole staff. Right from the start I felt welcomed. Parking was super easy and fast. As soon as I got into the office since it was my first time, I filled out a few papers which is normal like anywhere else. As soon as I handed in my paperwork, they brought me into the room and started with the cleaning. I didn't wait at all, it was amazing. Betty cleaned my teeth so good it was awesome. Great experience at this dentist! The staff is very friendly and I have never had to wait for Dr. Asseff. They make you feel comfortable and at home, and they are very knowledgeable. Very easy to make, modify, or cancel appointments. Valet park and they will validate your parking ticket, so that it is free. You can also park in the lot, but only in designated spots. The staff is very helpful at making sure that you parked in the right spot so you don't have any surprises after your appointment.
