I can't recommend Parker Dentistry enough! Even though I moved from Hollywood to Coral Gables, I make the trek up because of the quality of care. Dr. Blake is incredibly kind and is great about answering all my questions, and the dental hygienists always do a quick and thorough job during my cleanings. I had a horrible experience at a different dentist where they wanted to push me towards unnecessary and costly procedures, but I've never had any issues with that here - with my Invisalign, they were transparent about costs and had solid payment plan options. The front desk staff is also super quick and easy to work with when it comes to scheduling. read more

I just had my quarterly check up which consisted of cleaning and X-rays. Ali was the Hygenist who took care and she is amazing with a good demeanor and is very knowledgeable about what she does. Went to this Dentist today as a new patient for a new patient exam and cleaning. Really impressed with the Dentist, Dental Hygienist and all other staff. Office was clean and comfortable. They are taking great measures for COVID and are very safe. There's hand sanitizer every where and they ask you to wait in your car until it's your turn for your appointment. The outside may look a bit run down and the parking may be limited, but the inside of the office is very clean and well maintained. The bathroom is probably one of the nicest I've encountered at a dentist's office and was very clean as well. Upon entering, the blond woman at the front desk was friendly and prompt. I arrived for my appointment around 10:35 am for my 10:40 appointment and was taken back by 10:50 to begin my appointment. Ali was my hygienist and she was very sweet. Teeth looked and felt great at the end of my cleaning and she did a thorough job. Will be my regular dentist going forward. All staff was personable and efficient with time! yay. read more

I've been going to Parker dentistry 5+ years and I have always been satisfied with each visit. The office is beyond welcoming and sanitized. The staff has always treated me with respect and uttermost professionalism. During the pandemic they have you wait in your car until the hygienist is ready for you; I waited about 5 minutes. Then, they take your temp and then your appointment begins. They provide hand sanitizer and the staff is protected with masks and facial shields. I would recommend Parker Dentistry to anyone. They take time with each patient and make you feel very comfortable. Thank you! read more

Sadly, the dentist office I used to know and love coming to is now no longer the same, in so many ways...and unfortunately, all for the worse. Let me advise ALL my fellow Broward County Employees, to not take this review lightly. The front desk is one of my biggest issues. It is no longer the familiar, friendly faces. The "new crew" that are supposed to welcome you either over the phone or in person are quite aggressive, rude and completely unwilling to assist you and your needs. Been a patient for over 10 years? TOO BAD? Need to adjust your appointment time/day? Again, too bad. Of course, I understand I am not the only patient, however, the attitude from the front office staff is simply unacceptable. Completely destroys an already anxious-filled person from attending their dental appointment. The ONLY thing that has kept me coming back is my hygienist, Veronica. I cannot put into words how completely devastated I am to (rudely) hear that she no longer works at this office. Over the years I truly looked forward to my visits simply to see Veronica. As I read the previous reviews I see other patients also LOVED their time spent with Veronica as she is so personable, informative and caring. Perhaps reading my chart should be an indication that I should be informed that she would not be my hygienist on what would be my next visit. If you are interested in being pushed into getting Invisalign at every visit, then, this might be the place for you. I also wish you well at trying to book an appointment, if the front desk personal even lets you get a word in. Sadly, and I do mean sadly, I will not be returning patient. read more

Fantastic office- welcoming staff as a new patient. All my paperwork and former xrays were avail and insurance approval completed prior to arrival. Honi the office manager ensured I was safe during the COVID outbreak. The hygenists were thorough and friendly. Dr Steve provided a very detailed exam of each tooth and gums. My whole family go to Dr Parker and we're going somewhere else because you just don't talk to your customer like this. I'm so mad I don't know where to begin. Her name is Ari or something like that. I wouldn't recommend anyone to call and book an appointment if she's going to hang up on you before you even finish your sentence. My 79-year-old widowed mother, a veteran patient of this practice, was rudely treated and traumatized by a rough, painful extraction with no pain management or preparation this morning. At nearly 10 pm, she is still shaken by her experience. In addition to the physical pain, the office staff was cold and dismissive. My mom is a sweet-natured person and rarely complains about these kind of things. She and other family members have been going there for years, but have noticed the quality of care, especially for mature patients, has declined rapidly and severely. Be forewarned, future patients. I know some places offer perks for 5 star reviews, and with their apparent shifted focus toward optional aesthetic treatments and MLM-type product pushing, you really have to wonder. I used to be very afraid of the dentist until I started going here. It's a family run practice with father and son dentists. I see the son, Dr. Steven Parker, and he's awesome. I won't let anyone else touch my teeth. He's polite and gentle and if he fills a cavity, you won't feel a thing. Their building has just been entirely remodeled and the atmosphere is very nice and clean. The practice is run very well and I have never waited in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. They have a very strict no-show policy though, so make it to your appointments. Great dentist office!! read more

Came out with really bruised gums, way above gum line so cannot be attributed to rough flossing. I'm very good about my dental hygiene. I'm a 4th year medical student so I know about the importance of keeping up with flossing, brushing twice a day, all the basics. The hygienist wasn't even looking at my teeth when she was using the water/scraping tool, nor the dry scraper. She had me close my mouth almost completely, didn't use a mirror to see where she was working, and even when my mouth was open, she had her head turned elsewhere most of the time. So no wonder she ended up scraping up my gums. I have never bled so much. Looked at my gums afterwards and they were *literally* scratched up with jagged cuts. Will not be returning. I definitely don't recommend them. read more

Honest, compassionate, holistic & professional office. This practice provides reiki for those who are a bit nervous in the chair. I always come in half an hour prior to my procedure and step into a lovely, calm and quiet room equipped with the perfect setting to relax my nerves. Honi's (doctor's wife) energy is astronomically vibrant and positive. I was able to overcome 10+ years of dental anxiety in less than an hour as she gently cleared energetic blockages in my aura field. Dr. Parker is one of the most honest doctors I know to date whose medical recommendations come from an ethical place rather than a monetary interest. He walked me through my root canal and checked in on me every so often to ensure that I felt safe and okay. The procedure was painless and quick. I currently no longer suffer from excruciating headaches and toothache. His Assitant Allison is also very professional and knowledgable. This office is very clean and modern. They use state of the art equipment that helps expedite dental work. I never waited longer than a couple of minutes in their waiting area. Between the great care my teeth receives from Dr. Steve and Sandy ( hygienist) and the super friendly office staff, I couldn't ask for anything more.
