After having months of difficulty getting…read morea technician through the company, I finally found Jerzy's information and, on a whim, contacted him. Boy, I'm glad that I did! He responded within ten minutes of me sending my email and squeezed us in for an appointment the next day. Jerzy arrived ahead of schedule and got quickly to work re-assembling our treadmill, which was in pieces in our basement. He finished in about 45 minutes, giving the treadmill a thorough look as he assembled. Once he was finished, he gave me a walkthrough of what he had done, and had me test out the machine. He even gave me some advice on how to care for the machine before he left. Jerzy was polite, organized, knowledgable, efficient, and incredibly reasonable in terms of pricing.
