I was told that nothing was available other than emergency state policies. I then called myself State Farm, Farmers, and Met Life, and all three offered me home insurance. I have taken out a very reasonable Farmers insurance - for my home, and added car, to make a considerable saving on the bundle. I don't understand how I as an individual am able so easily to get home insurance policy quotes, yet Peter M Bakker agency told me that I was not eligible. In the past I always found the agency very tenacious and eager to help. I have also saved $5000 on my car insurance by switching insurers......
