Lauderdale on July 30th 2026 )I was a serious buyer but Lisa Kiel (the seller's agent) was just wasting our time waiting for another offer to come in from someone else, but in the mean time she would respond to my agent with counter offers verbally that we accepted and sent back (all written by my agent, and no work done by this Lisa Kiel agent). My agent and I were in the waits for almost a week, this Lisa K agent playing games with us, telling us that one of the owners doesn't have time is at work and can't sign and that will sign later, and later came and went. Today is August 5th, 2026, and the listing agent just called my agent to tell my agent that they have received a "better offer" and that they are going with that one. So just beware of this broker and agent. They are very dishonest people‼

The explanation? I" told you at the closing that you owe this money." Strange, I was not in the state on the day of the closing, and I have absolutely no documentation whatsoever that these taxes were not paid at the closing. I've never had such an experience with a realtor. Buyer beware! The way I see it? This guy owes me a couple hundred bucks for late fees.
