Each time we enter into an agreement with an agency and have hope that it will work. We have been disappointing every time. Either the employees don't know how to deal with a quadriplegic or they lack the work ethic to show up on time. We managed without help for about three years due to her lack of being able to find a good honest agency to help us. Avid healthcare was recommended to us by a trusted nurse. My Son and I decided that we had to find help and we would try one more time. Avid's health, Traci and every employee she has has become dedicated to making sure my son is taken care of and that I have All the assistance that I need. Traci is so involved with her employees. They receive training, guidance and she hand-picks people who have A passion for helping people. I am so thankful this agency was referred to us. They are part of our family. My son's health is paramount to them and they've shown it by an their extra effort. I would recommend this business and the owner of this business to anyone who has a need for a loved one.
