As a small company we leave you with a receipt with all of the info on it. You requested it earlier which I tried to get it done but have been working late hours everyday. If you want you can have someone else do it for you. It seems that you have had certain issues in the past ( you make me feel uncomfortable) we have not even started the work at all and you are already talking down to me. For $150 for the install it is not worth the headache never mind the hour drive. We are also on the Mass.gov website as a legit company Thank you. Review for yourself. I asked for the agreement and proof of insurance. Which you said you'd provide. And then you reinforced it in your last text that you would provide it. There was no talking down to anyone. I believed in your work and as a business person I know what I need to protect myself, my family and my property. An agreement, proof of insurance coverage and skepticism when shopping for vendors online is why everyone needs to proceed with caution when giving away their home address. Clearly your company is not insured. I was willing to pay more than $150. and I will. I already accepted a quote for $250. , before your call, but wanted to provide you the opportunity. That was your price, I didn't set the price, I accepted the price. Keep it real Telling me to get a pencil to write down a 10' cord was insulting. But OK! Professionals show up with an estimate sheet and write it down and hand it to you, yet I was still willing to accept your work. As a member of my county minority business and entrepreneurs business enterprise I believe in supporting new businesses and specifically minority businesses. All those who were involved in the survey were professional and courteous. They listened to my concerns. They set the boundaries of my property. I wanted an independent survey done because I didn't agree with the town's boundaries. It turns out the town's boundaries were correct. This is not the outcome that I had hoped for. It was well worth the money to have this done as I now have peace of mind.

She didn't want to talk about the FACTS detailed in my review -- only complained about the timing of the review (a year or so after my last email with them that didn't get follow-up. The review was posted when I became aware of Yelp access). I again suggested she go through the emails that were concurrent with the work. She continued to harp on the timing. I reviewed some of the issues we had had. She didn't want to address any of that, kept haranguing me about the time delay in reviewing. I finally hung up. No follow-up by Beth on the CONTENT of my review at all, other than to get the review deleted somehow. The office staff were nice to deal with. The water remediation was good. Hired re: water leaks. Upgraded: a redo of the very small bathroom, out of pocket. Did not get any of the shower/fixtures as preordered, no support bar as ordered, Sheetrock lines/bubbles in paint, etc. Early on, painters completely painted in the door mechanism and painted without smoothing surfaces (said we didn't specifically order smoothing of walls), bubbles & lines, etc. Repainting still left bubbles/sheetrock lines.

I called on Friday afternoon and Ray was on the scene first thing Monday morning. He sorted out the wiring and had the stats set up in no time. BTW, Nest also agreed to reimburse me for the service call because they weren't able to help me by email or phone (I didn't ask, they offered). Let's see, I also got an instant $100 rebate from Nest on the stats and rebates from my energy supplier totaling $200 for the two units I bought. Bottom line: $100 instead of $250 for each stat. Kristin's apprentice, Nelson, was very nice too and as long as he takes his lead from Kristin, he will be fabulous too! I am completely satisfied with the entire experience with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them. Reliable, good and everyone I dealt with was very, very nice.
