Upon the plumber's return he did take out the cartage only to discover a missing rubber casket. By some odd coincidence the gascet was just sitting on top. All he needed to do, had he'd been conscientious, was to pull out the cartige in the first place which took all of 20 mins to see what he eventually discovered. I was charged an intial fee of $199 for the first visit and then an additional $336 for the second, totalling $535 for a 20 min fix. Buyer beware
