Made a phone call to schedule service, could not get through using the local Roseburg number so I called the Eugene office. The lady in Eugene was extremely rude and did not (in the end) provide me with a number, but just transferred me to a(nother) rude rep in Roseburg. I had never called them for service, the lady assumed I had 8000 pieces of information ready to give her just to schedule a service call. In the end...I don't care how long it takes to schedule or even how much it costs...I just want to be treated with customer courtesy! FAIL on their part! I ended up hanging up and calling Pacific Office Automation where they know how to treat people. read more

You can tell they're about the only ones in this county that have CPAP equipment. When you finally get in, they have trouble even looking at you, they talk fast, shove the stuff at you and kick you out. They charge Medicare many times what the equipment costs them, and treat you like a cash-cow. The second time I had to go back, I saw a different woman who actually tried to be kinda nice. Still the bitter taste of awful customer service remains.

I've only been to The Plant Warehouse once but it is a fantastic place with great prices…read more I bought some herbs, veggies and assorted plants. I planted them and, months later, they are still going strong!! Service was excellent-very knowledgeable and helpful. It's only open during the growing season-which is the biggest part of when you need it. I definitely recommend and will be back as soon as they open in the spring!!
