My husband and I went to Verizon and switched carriers from US Cellular during their "We will pay off your phones" deal in April. They were supposed to send us E-Mastercards to use to pay off our old carrier in 8-12 weeks. (12 weeks being on the very very longest end of the timeframe) We are now in September and still have not gotten them. I have been on the phone with Customer service for over 7 hours and have literally gotten nowhere! The guys in the store are cool and all but I feel like I have traded shitty cell service for shittier customer service! If I could go back in time I would not have switched. Everyone plays the blame game and points you to someone else and does not resolve a single issue! read more

We went into the store close to closing time and Lee welcomed us and asked what we were needing. I was there to upgrade my phone. He was super knowledgeable of the products and was an absolute ROCKSTAR. A few other people had come in and although it was super closed to closing time, he made sure to take his time with all of us and even his manager Jake who had stopped by, engaged with all of us and never made any of us feel hurried. I went in to check on promo and I specifically stated I didn't want payments. Clerk stated I would get promo deal and be a straight trade. I upgraded kids phone, and now come to find out after fact Im tied to 36 payments and addons I didn't ask for. Kid messed up promo deal and other clerk couldnt fix issue. Called manager who called Distric manager would told me he woukd resolve my issue. Now almost two weeks later no response.. WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN. You will be ripped off as they dont give paper copy of contract and dont tell you of fees or payments. read more

Such Awesome workers. The customer service at this location exceeds all expectations. I went in there kind of in a down mood because my phone was saying it had an invalid sim. But Red took such great care of me. He helped relax and fixed my phone. With just the switch of a new SIM card he had me up and running in a jiffy. Red really deserves a pay raise because he treats his customers with such prestige. I will never do business with this company again and am reporting them to the Better Business bureau. Either their representatives are not trained properly or they are using deceptive practices to sell phones to customers. We recently visited the TCC store in Roseburg, Oregon to see about our Verizon plan. We were told we were eligible for an upgrade to our phones. Because we are retired and on a fixed income we didn't feel we could afford new phones. The Sales Rep told us they were offering a black Friday rebate of $300 bill credit on each Samsung Galaxy phone if we wanted to return on Black Friday. We decided the rebate would pay a large portion of the cost of the phone and decided to return to do the transaction on Black Friday. At that time we were told we would receive a text with instructions on how to return our old phones for the rebate. Two weeks later we had not received message so I called the TCC store. I was told the rep would check and call me back. I did not receive a call back. Called again and was given the telephone number for TCC customer care. I had to call 5 times because after being put on hold the call was transferred and then dropped. I finally reached a rep who gave me a case number and was told I would be called back within two days. I received no call, so again I called the TCC storw. This time the rep gave me a telephone number for Verizon customer care. I called Verizon and was transferred several times and finally talked t o a rep who told me to go to website and follow instructions on how to return phones for rebate. When I asked how to identify this was a black Friday rebate he told me he would have to.talk to store and they would call me back. I received a call back from original sales rep who told me they made a mistake and the rebate only applied if you added new lines. He said everyone at the store misunderstood the rebate and they were calling all their customers to tell them the rebate did not apply. He said Verizon would not honor the rebate. All we got from TCC was "sorry, there is nothing we can do." I am not sure if this is a case of very poorly trained employees of TCC or deceptive practices on their part to sell phones. They work on commission, so their rep received commission on close to $1000 worth of phones. I feel we were lied to and I would never do business with this company again. At one point the store rep said he had received an email telling him the issue had been resolved. That was a lie because obviously the issue was not resolved. This is a TCC issue and if they valued their customer they should have offered help with this problem instead of a "nothing we can do." Worst customer service!!!!! read more

Beware!!!!! This place is a joke!!! Paid my boyfriend's bill with cash and was told they would email him a receipt and put it towards his bill. Then when Monday came around for a text phone was gonna be shut off cause it wasn't paid. When I called no one wanted to help was told I would be called back in 30 min and no one called me back. Finally got a hold of someone right before closing and they accused me of lying and said it would be 2 weeks before they would know anything. And then said he would make sure the phone's service wouldn't be interrupted. 1 day later phone was shut off and again called. No one wanted to help, no one calls back when they say and they laughed at me the last time I called. 286.21 down the tube and cell phone service shut off and these people don't care. No wonder it's glass doors #1 place to work their employees can steal their customers money and nothing is done about it read more

This store is a disgrace. Refused to help my 90 year old father with an issue with his phone and instead sold him a phone he can not operate. As only an authorized retailer, they even refused to have the phone returned when prompted to do so by Verizon Wireless. I spend hundreds of dollars a month for several lines and have been with Verizon for years, but Verizon ought to pull their contract for abhorrent behavior such as this. This is not customer service. Very unprofessional!! I went in to get my phone activated and was told that my phone was fine. After insisting it was not he finally looked at it and found that I was right. He couldn't get it to activate since they aren't a true Verizon store so he made me call Verizon myself, even though he knew how to get directly to an operator. After I had tried several times he finally called them. While on the phone he then brought up my account and started commenting on our data plan. I'm not sure why he even brought up my account since nothing was being done to it and I was taking care of activation over the phone. He started bringing over other employees to look at our data plan with my account information displayed. I understand looking at this from an educational point of view to help future customers get better data plans, but I'm not sure why he was looking at our data plan to begin with since that's not what I was in there for. I understand maybe bringing me up to verify that I am a customer but it was unnecessary to go through all my information. More upsetting that he asked for all my passwords out loud so he could log in. I was also looking to buy accessories for my phone and had a hard time finding where they were located and what was compatible with my device. I never had any assistance since they were too busy looking at my data plan. When I finally found something and brought it to check out it took forever to even get rung up. I was only asked if I wanted to buy a screen protector. The employee who was helping and showing everyone our data plan let another employee put on my screen protector so he could get commission, since he was loudly complaining about the amount of money he made that day. When I got out to my car I finally looked at my phone (since things were pretty hectic inside) and noticed that the screen protector didn't cover the entire screen like others I had in the past. I went back in to see if any others were available since I wasn't happy with it. I know that I probably wouldn't get my money back but would have bought another one. I took a while for me to get helped again and the guy who put my screen protector on just said "I just put that on for you" like he was insulted. I mentioned how it didn't have the coverage I expected and was wondering if I can do a return, exchange, or if any others were available (especially since I was just told that everything was guaranteed and I had 14 days to do returns). He just went on to explain to me what a screen protector was in general, as if I didn't understand and was just being an irrational airhead who didn't understand. He then said he needed to ask his manager what to do. He came out and said that he couldn't do any thing since that is a one use item. He didn't offer to remove it or see if there were any others for the device that are different. Instead he dismissed me from the store and walked away as fast as he could. I did some research and found out later that the screen protector was cut that way to fit certain cases.I have a theory that the man didn't want to do anything to interfere with earning commission on the product. The joke is on him because I would have bought another one since this one easily removes and if he had known about the product I would have bought a case to fit it as well. In my opinion the employees were not only unprofessional but didn't do anything to educate customers on products that they offer which is unfortunate because sales are lost that way. read more
