Instead of taking responsibility, I was first told it was somehow my fault for not guiding their driver, then later told they would not cover the damage at all. Because of their refusal to make things right, I had to hire another company and spend over $12,000 out of pocket to repair everything in time for an event I was hosting at my home. Nearly a year later, they still have made little to no effort to resolve the issue. Accidents happen, but how a company responds says everything.
