The bed remote was soaked with water and doesn't work anymore. The remote is $400 itself. The frame is in bad shape. The storage manager doesn't want to honor the insurance claim. He also refused to allow code enforcement to inspect the unit. Unit 210 is in bad condition. The ceiling is caving in and water leaks in from the roof and underneath the unit door on my belongings. This company never return my phone calls. I'll keep up the fight for my belongings being replaced. The court will decide.
