Greedy and no remorse for patients. Didn't call back to apologize for ruining such an important exam. Receptionist never called back to make timely appointments nor show concern for health. I have been going to Dan for a lot of years and have always highly recommended him. He doesn't…read morejust stick you on a machine and leave you to it. He uses hands on manipulation, asks you where the most pain is, and focuses on that. He doesn't switch you around from one therapist to a different one each session. Only one therapist gets to know you and how each session is working, as well as communicates with you and learns what is successful with each session. Dan, as the best therapist there is, watches you when you are approaching for the session, and he can see what the problem is before any words are exchanged. The biggest downfall for some is that they aren't willing to do the stretches or exercises he recommends, and that is on the patient. I have watched Dan's business grow over the years, he taught himself to learn Spanish so he could communicate with the Hispanic patients, and did all the mounds of necessary paperwork to be able to take on VA patients. Over the years, he and his wife Kyri have become involved in community events and has become a very important part of Yuma's best to offer. When I tell family members they need to be able to find a therapist like Dan, I realize more than ever how lucky we are to have him, because they can't find one. Kathy Wallner

Today, I FINALLY was able to reach him (had our cousin swing by and used his cell phone to call). My brother tells me they are not giving him therapy and when he told them to call me (because he hadn't heard from me), THEY NEVER DID - it's been 8 days! The service here is a JOKE. He tells me they hurt his back when moving him, they don't listen to his needs, and again, because he's had a stoke, his memory goes in and out and yet, no phone call to me to let me know anything!! Very frustrating. If I could give ZERO stars - I would.

However, some of the patients are cursing at the nurses and it seems like a crazy house because the patients are mean. She said the lady in her is super mean. The staff here was amazing and patient with my dad's inability to speak. 3 hours or more of physical, speech and occupational therapy each day had my father walking with assistance of a walker, talking enough to tell funny stories and make his need known (not 100 percent or even 50 percent but definitely an improvement). In only 3 weeks, he and I were comfortable in his ability to come home. They showed us ways to continue improvement but mostly kept him from falling into a non productive depressed state of not trying. He had a cheering team. And I have to say the best hospital for I've ever experienced. A month or of rehab and he continues to improve every day and uses what he learned from our exceptional therapists at Yuma Rehab hospital.

The RBT's my son had were amazing, loving, caring and knew how and what to do. I created a bond with each one of them. Each was committed to the improvement of my son and were willing to go the extra mile. His BCBA did the best to provide guidance and knowledge. Our son graduated August 2, 2024. We are forever grateful for all he learned, the friendships he made and to be given the opportunity to be in safe place. Today, I see how all he was taught has prepared him to start school in a bigger place with more students and activities. God Bless each one of you. Thank you Hopebridge Yuma Management and RBT's for EVERYTHING.

The manager has no experience/knowledge with Autism, and doesn't provide the proper equipment needed to be able to care for these children. The manager would go weeks without paper towels, gloves, and other supplies that are essentials. To add, as well, the center had several employees without their fingerprint card and taking care of children, not up to standard what so ever and negligence towards accidents (diarrhea, vomit, pee, and fever) and would take forever to let parents know because he wanted the hours to be billed. its A disgusting work environment... rethink your decision
