This made my shopping experience very uncomfortable and frustrating. I have no time to deal with this kind of unnecessary confrontation while shopping. If this is the store's policy, please post the policy clearly at the entrance so customers know before entering. Marinated specialties like tangerine peel minced beef and pork ribs in pickled plum sauce caught my attention, among many others. The second largest section is the ready-to-eat food section, with items pre-portioned in takeout containers, priced by the container. This area is composed of several counters with a wide selection of steamed, deep-fried, baked, sautéed and stewed dishes, all categories covered--vegetables, meats, carbs, savory and sweet--food items for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
