For years I have had nothing but heartache and expense, not to mention the misfortune of dealing with a surely, arrogant and rude maintenance tech. I called Coleman and in short order they sent out their maintenance crew that quickly found the source of my most recent issue and got things fixed and running. The cost of the service was nominal. The two guys that took care of the problem were both courteous and professional. I give them very high marks and would not hesitate to recommend them.

At the same time we wanted to replace our two 50 gallon water heaters with a single tankless system. We consistently heard from potential companies a) that we should only re-pipe the attic not the walls (because the walls were difficult, but we had had breaks on exterior walls) and b) a single tankless wouldn't work in our home that is just shy of 3500 square feet and one story (lots of long runs of pipe). Cody Huffman and Tier One came in here and heard our concerns and knew we wanted the job done once and done right. They researched the tankless heaters and designed a recirculation system for us. They completed the entire job, full re-pipe including in walls, and a tankless system for less than the estimates of others. We could not be more pleased. Hot water, all the time, throughout the house. And we are sleeping much better feeling protected from weather and age related breaks. We HIGHLY recommend Cody and his team at Tier One! They showed up exactly when they said they would. They stopped the leak and cleared a clog. Normally when I have a service technician come to the house they will only address the original issued called in about. The professionals with Curly's not addressed my additional concerns, they fixed them while they were there. To top it off, they did it all at an incredible price. This company laid silicone down on my roof TWICE - because the first time was completely inadequate - dripping it all over the plants, the side of my house, on a small wood fence, and all over a trash can. I don't have pictures of the trash can and the mess they made beside the trash can because I had to get rid of their mistakes by HOA standards and didn't have time to take pictures of their trash. What I do have pictures of, however, is their work from my licensed home inspector and from my personal pictures. I'm keeping those for future inspections. I have to admit I was skeptical this company actually did such a poor job, so I did contact them; and after further investigation...yes, they've admitted to their poor work. This company is an absolute careless case of a roofing company. The only reason I was able to discover their deficiencies, because I paid for a licensed home inspector three separate times to inspect their work.
