He loves everyone in the office; always gives them hugs hello and goodbye. They are really flexible with our schedule. I am going to start my daughter on therapy in December. Our experience with Jessica was good as well. So far, I have no complaints and only really positive things to say about the office and the treatment.

She made me feel unheard, she would ask the same question over and over and over instead of just reading the file that is "mandatory to fill out before a consultation." She was cold, judgemental, unhelpful, rude, and made me feel less than the entire consultation. You would think they would hire people who are at least somewhat suited for the healthcare role especially when dealing with vulnerable patients who suffer from depression. My other issue is with Shauna, their patient coordinator. Shauna was very kind when I was handing over insurance information, credit card information, and social security information but as soon as I had my consultation. CRICKETS. No communication about how to get the treatment. I left emails and messages trying to reach someone that could potentially help me get scheduled but they all redirected me back to Shauna who was avoiding my calls for whatever reason. I finally managed to get through to her once from my boyfriends phone and she was audibly very upset that it was me. She gave me a non answer as to why she was avoiding me and hung up. Again crickets. Jessica Jajesnica should absolutely be doing a different line of work and TMS Bellevue should hire someone who can coordinate patients if their time is Patient coordinator.

This is just fraudulent practices to bill insurance companies when services not needed. Had me electronically sign over 2 months after done and not allowed to read to notice they altered it after they knew I was gonna take action against them. I've drank maybe 5 or 6 times in my life ending at age 47. Put in assessment i told clinician I used alcohol and cannabis in the last year which I can prove a lie I was released from prison 2 months before assessment and my cco did alcohol and drug test once a week at that time and put in assessment I intend on keeping using when I never said this and my record and alcohol and drug tests in prison and after prison can prove I haven't used in past 12 months . So at all cost avoid this organization do yourself a favor get your assessment done elsewhere this organization is very unethical and even though they say in part of the assessment I don't need treatment and capable of demonstrated not drinking. In order to graduate I have to do a assignment on my addiction and recovery to graduate so they wanna force me to put it down I have a problem I have never had and can prove as I don't drink and hadn't in over 23 years. Because I choose not to. I was even told by clinician that they need me to say there is a problem so they can bill insurance how does drinking 5-6 times in 52 years and no legal issues but one and a few the clinician added to record in 2 months plus she refused to give me a copy of the assessment

Billing was fine initially. This mistake is on my daughter for just paying the balance without figuring out why the bill was so large. But also bad on this company to not have any proper communication, lack of invoices, or any details. Their patient portal shows payment, but no actual invoices for services rendered. I had her email. My wife has called. I have called. Number never goes thru to an actual person. Leave a voicemail. Do yourself a favor and avoid them. It is an exercise in frustration.

I've found a new provider somewhere else and I wouldn't have complained but I was billed suddenly. I was going to pay on the first but they took the money from my account less than a week after notifying me there was a bill. My insurance covered a lot of my initial appointment but they charged 500 dollars and I had to pay almost 200 very suddenly. When you sign up, they don't tell you they'll do this on the site. I gave my card information to cover co-pays but didn't expect to get this sudden charge. Also, he barely talked to me for 30 minutes, prescribed me medicine without telling me the side effects, and then I was charged over 500 for an hour. At the next appointment when I said I was having side effects, he dismissed them. Be very careful going here for mental health care. If you have other options, go there. Keep looking around. This place is full of red flags.
